Dr Gavino is great. Probably worth any trouble but......This staff is completely incompetent and unable to follow through on a simple task like submitting a request for a prescription. I live in Katy and they gave me a prescription and told me I had to go to ****** on ***** which is a 45 minute drive to fill. Went over there twice and they did not even have my name in the system. I called the back twice and they said they would get it straight but never did. Then they called 2 scripts into the ********'s by my house, one of which ********'s never got and the other they do not carry and could not order. I called again for them to please straighten this out, explained to them I have driven over there 2 times taking 4 hours of my day, and they still did not make the necessary changes and get the order in, They scheduled an appointment with me and told me to go by the ****** on ***** and pick up the medication for my appointment that they would for sure call it in this time. I showed up to ****** and they did not have anything including my name in the system, and I stood there for 30 minutes trying to get through to Dr Gavinos office to any extension on the menu.....billing, operator, front desk, appointments. testing...no answer for 30 minutes........no one would answer. To my shock 20 minutes later I arrive at the office and there are 4 people sitting at the front desk not answering the phones....I showed up for my appointment and 4 people were in the front office and letting the phones ring off the wall. I asked to speak to an office manager and they left me sitting there until I just left and then I called her and left a message and she still has not called me back. So overall I have spent about 7 hours running around trying to fill a script they they never called in and asking me to drive an hour to fill a script is ridiculous. The management running this place is embarrassing and doing a horrible job. Take responsibility you are professionals
