      Financed a truck with them for two years. Paid it off via trade in and I immediately stopped my auto pay. On Wednesday I check my bank account and they tried to pull $527 and I did not have it. I logged into my FTWCCU account to see that no account existed any longer. I thought they figured it out and would not hit my account..... well they did the next day so I spent hours on the phone trying to get an immediate refund and all I got was that I would get it back in 2 or 3 days. Now come into the weekend and I have several overdrafts and no money to spend until they return my stolen money! I finally reached someone though chat and they were gonna have a Manger call me... it didn't happen. Don't do business with these crooks!!!!

      Corruption Embezzled my Retirement from the *** accessor to Arson knowing of my fire 15 years ago January 9th, 2009 n knowing of a Murder Victim my mom ***************************** hired by 777 ****************.       POOR **************** at the ** office. UNFAIR PRACTICE on their overdraft fees. So, Shaday at ** called it held fund fees. Never heard of such a thing. This is FTWCCU unfair practices when it comes to overdraft fees. This could be a lawsuit on the way due to the way they are doing their fees. Math is Math all day long. ****** said: if i return this to you this time (with an attitude), I will flag our account and YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER ONE. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR YEARS. FTWCCU Service has really gone downhill.

      My dad started an account for my daughter for college expenses. She is now an adult and the credit union is telling her she needs to change her account. When she does this, both her grandfather and I will be dropped off the account. Here is where the problem starts and she can never get it into their heads that it is a major problem that has resulted in myriad others:1) In order to get my dad and me back on her account, she has to appear in person at a branch with us in tow to get us on the ********** This has been explained to them on countless occasions. My dad lives in Forth Worth. We live in ******. We only get into Fort Worth once or twice a year and are constantly busy while there. They still say she has to come into the branch with us.3 )She works part-time and has to take off time to go back to ***** to get this mess straightened out. In order to get to *****, it's a two-and-a-half hour flight there, she has to get someone to pick her up at the airport, drive to the location, petition them to get everything done, get the person to take her back to the airport, and has another two-and-a-half hour flight back. I will have to drive over an hour to get her to the airport both ways both times.4) She has tried multiple times to get onto the website. All she wants to do is change her address. She can't get onto the website from her computer. Everything works fine when she does the test login at the branch, but once she gets home, it never works.5) Because she can't get her address changed, her credit card went to our old address. She can't change her address online, so her credit card has now expired and she has no way to get its replacement. It will simply be sent back to the old address and then back to the card issuer - again.6) The people who have been trying to help her have been very nice. They have tried to work with both her and my dad, but their hands are tied.When she can, this account will be closed. There is no customer service for her.

      One star because zero stars is not an option. *** had an auto loan with this bank for almost 18 months. Every single month my account has login issues. It takes at least an hour to get through customer service and their reset passwords never work without multiple tries. The common excuse for this is issues with ******* Every bill I have is paid online & this is the only company Ive ever had blame ****** for their constant issues. This literally occurs every month. My password isnt saved, I send an hour with customer service until ****** magically works and repeat. I put my account on auto draft, hoping to avoid this and even that did not go through. Its amazing how in 2023, a company cannot handle technology.

      I have had the worst experience with this Auto Lender. To say they are unprofessional does not exhaust how I truly feel about Fort Worth Community Credit Union. I recently changed Auto Insurance and had not had the opportunity to inform Fort Worth Community Credit Union. I received maybe a total of two noticed before Kacey ***** showed up at my house and left an open notice at my door with my personal information asking for my proof of insurance. I had attempted to send the proof of insurance to the specified email address that I received in the mail the morning before the visit and received a bounce back email. The fact that a person showed up to my door unannounced is completely inappropriate and beyond unprofessional. I never even received a phone call about this and she just showed up at my house! I am calling the police the next time a employee of Fort Worth Community Credit Union shows up on my property!

      We apologize for your experience. When our mailed notices and phone calls go with no response, we partner with a third-party field agent who delivers documents to the address on file. We make every effort to contact the member before we add the extra expense of VSI insurance to the auto loan. This is what has occurred in your situation. We are aware that we have received a copy of the insurance card, but we need a copy of the insurance binder that shows that FTWCCU has been added as the lien holder for this auto.       I never received a phone call from you all and you showed up at my house unannounced and had my personal information out there for anyone to see and on top of it all it was a 3rd party person that had access to my information! I was also lied to and told that my number was not on file and verified this morning that it was! You take no accountability and act as if it is my issue! I will make sure everyone hears about this! And then have the nerve to put my personal account status here for everyone to see on top of it all. I will have to see if there is legal steps I need to take.

      1st of all Ive been a member for years. I never had a problem with the Credit Union until now. ****** in collections contacted me in regards to an past due auto loan I co-signed for my daughter. Ive communicated with ****** before so I felt comfortable talking to him. I asked him how much was one car payment, and I agreed with paying one till I could talk to her about her plans. He went on to tell me how her credit card was past due and her share account was in the negative. Which had nothing to do with me and he totally broke FDCPA and consumer privacy laws. I told him that I wasnt on her credit card, he said its tired up into the car loan so it affects me too. Me not thinking because I was so emotionally stressed out said ok. I said to take it out my checking account. Later after I talked to my daughter I found out ****** took 3 payments plus her credit card payment out of my account. I never agreed to that. He just took out what he wanted. The next day when I told him I didnt agree with what he took out and he needed to put MY money back into my account. He said he told what was do and was pretty much try to use those collector scare tactics. Me furious, because you cannot play with peoples money and its sad because I trusted FWCCU. Obviously he didnt give a **** about my emotions and finances. He was just trying to meet his goal by any means. I demanded his supervisor call me. *************** called me and she started out telling me how Im equally responsible. My blood was still boiling talking to her but after I told her the reason why Im so upset she understood. She talked to her manager *************** and they made it right. The funds were put back into my account and the manager did apologize which was very appreciated. After this whole ordeal I lost my trust and feel uncomfortable having my money at this institution. I been a member since **** but I think its time to cut ties with FWCCU.

      I would not recommend this bank to the devil himself. So I have been with them for a six years or so. During that time I have had very little engagement with the actual people at this bank. Well I changed jobs, and forever whatever reason my direct deposit did not make it into this account. Its a relatively small amount so I never noticed. Just enough to may off my loans which were set up on automatic payments.Well it was never communicated that the automatic payments were not going through. Despite all the efforts made to make sure they can communicate with me.Well after finding out. I called the bank. I tried to defer the payments. Representatives called me asked me to come in. I went into the bank, I spoke with someone. I filled out several different forms. She told me I was good to go.Then I received a letter in the mail saying that I am Not responding to any of their methods of reaching so then I called to find out what I was not responding to. I have called an left voicemails returning peoples call who do not call me back. All for the representative to tell that I am not doing enough. And that I can leave work and I can stop working to answer the phone in the same manner I stoped working to return a phone call. And I still did not speak with the person I was calling for on that day b/c this person had so much to say.And this same person refuses to even look at the account to see all the people I spoke with or even. Went in or to look at what signed when I was in the bank. On top of all that they poor communicators no one, not one person I spoke mentioned that a hold would be placed credit card until my loan was current. No letter, no email , no anything. And when you log in online it doesnt show a past due balance to even bring the account current. No mentioned being able from an outside account. But always says to come into the bank.If I could give it negative stars I would.

      Went to the ATM to withdraw some money and The ATM took my money out of my account but didn't give me anything. This just happened 2/14/2022. I will be closing my account in the morning
