I have been back and forth with this company for years now. I have had a lease for my jeep for over 9 years (which is absurd!) each year I ask for a payoff amount and each year it goes up which I find to be a scam. Every time I talk to someone it is always somthing different. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will NEVER ever use them again. I am still waiting for the payoff amount it is now Monday and I called Friday. I put my renewal in July 2024 it is now the middle of August and still have not taken my payment for this month. I want to pay this car off and be done with this place for good. I will be taking this further if the payoff amount is more then what I was told last year!!!!

      Hello,

We apologize for any frustration you are experiencing. The lease was extended as a courtesy. Lessees are free to purchase their leased vehicle at any time during the life of the contract. Our records show an ACH payment was taken on August 16th with normally scheduled payments to resume next month. I will have our lease buyout department reach out to you, I apologize for the delay.

This company is a total fraud and needs to be stopped for what they do to the consumer when returning lease. They tying to charge me $1000 for damage that does not exist. I am hiring a car inspector to prove that they are fraud. They have so many complaints against.

      Hello,

We are sorry that you did not find your lease return experience to be a pleasant one. All of our leased vehicles are inspected by a licensed, third party to assess their condition at the time they are returned. This inspector uses an industry standard guide to determine the amount due for any damage present on the vehicle.

Horrible customer service. They are conniving and extremely unprofessional. The way they handle miscommunication is by blaming the customer. Through TEXT MESSAGE, one of the company's representatives, reached out about an incentive to return the car early. The remaining 4 payments were to be waived. We returned the car and then two weeks later are notified by the same representative that we still have payments left? Obviously, we were taken back because why would we return the car early and still pay the remaining monthly payments. Doesn't make sense. When I confronted the representative, she was rude and hostile. It's our fault for allowing a company to do business with us through text message and not signing paperwork, which we will learn as a ****** moving forward. The whole situation just seems very shady. Also, why would the representative TEXT MESSAGE us to remind us of our remaining payments when we have automatic bill payment? Something doesn't feel right and I wish we did our research before using this company.

My Father leased a 2019 Ram truck through Fusion and was granted a 6 month lease extension. in September my father called Fusion to see if he could either re-lease or buy the truck, but a gentleman named **** told him that He couldn't and that they wanted the truck back. A week after he gave it back, he gets an email saying that he owes them $400 for a disposition fee. According to the copy of the original lease agreement, it is true there is a disposition fee of $400, but that is only if he chose not to keep the truck. BUT, it was NOT my dad's choice to give back the truck, Fusion said that HE HAD TO GIVE IT BACK. Fusion said to my father that they wanted it back because of the low payment he was making, they could sell it for a higher price. So my father is being charged the $400 disposition fee, even though he didn't want to voluntarily give back the truck, he wanted to buy it, So the Disposition fee is NOT Valid.

      Hello,

We apologize for your frustration regarding the *****************. The short term lease extension is a courtesy to our customers to allow them time to find a new vehicle after the contract has ended. Our records show the lease maturity advisor explained that we could extend the lease for six months and then the vehicle must be returned to us. The disposition fee is standard on all lease contracts and must be paid when the vehicle is returned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not care about the customer. ********************** Auto does inspections weeks after you no longer have possession of a vehicle and no longer insured by insurance company. I was billed a couple thousand dollars in damages. Other reviews are showing the same issue. Very rude and unprofessional on the phone. They did not once try and reach out to my wife or the dealer to correct the problem. No help was offered. Money is all they want. 0 Stars

I had my lease extended with Fusion Auto Finance. While the majority of the individuals I worked with were fine, at the close of my agreement, I was hit with a $900+ bill for excessive wear and tear of my tires. Two months prior to turning in my car, I had my *** inspection performed at (ironically) a tire company, where my car passed inspection with no problem, so it never occurred to me that I would have an issue with my tires come the return of my vehicle - notably where I knew my millage was well-under the allotted number, was well-maintained and contained a clear car fax. It never once occurred to me that I would have to manually check/measure my tires' tread post the *** inspection. After being hit with this $900+ invoice, I asked Fusion to send me a copy of my lease agreement and they sent me someone else's, and stated our contracts were listed under the same VIIN! I received someone else's DOB, last four of their SS, home address, banking company, among other sensitive information. I called and requested to speak with a supervisor about having received someone else's ************** being concerned that our information was intertwined and clearly not kept securely. The gentlemen I spoke with immediately claimed he was a supervisor and was quite crass; he claimed he didn't see what the issue was & that "sensitive" information was unimportant. Again, I have this guy's home address, DOB, last 4-digits of his SS- all information that is regularly used as verification questions across various fields and sectors, including banking! In today's day and age, where trust is seemingly nonexistent, I would not want anyone to have this information of my own. I am extremely disappointed with this company and have lost all trust in them as a business. Those who have agreements/contracts with them, please be aware/cautious that your info may not be kept securely, and could be received by other people; further, you may be hit with a lofty bill at the end of your lease, too!

Hello, the short term extension payment is due as the lease term has ended. Our representatives made multiple attempts to contact you via phone and email throughout August to explain your end of lease options and did not receive a response until the 17th.

Was not pleased with lease return process. Was looking to buyout lease by financing balloon payment but they requested I pay market value instead of end of lease payment amount. A difference of $6K. Instead of an appreciative customer and a continued customer relationship I will return vehicle at end of the month and will stay away from Fusion in the future. Would recommend going elsewhere if your dealership uses Fusion to finance.

****************,We apologize for any inconvenience. As the lease has ended; the contractual payoff option is no longer available and the lessee must purchase the vehicle for the actual market value.
