    I opened a work order yesterday b/c the bathroom faucet of the shower was leaking. Maintenance does whatever he is supposed to and leaves. It turns out there is no more hot water and the pressure of the water is too low to take a shower. It is not my job to check after maintenance to make sure they do their job correctly. I called the emergency number and sent 2 emails. The automated message says someone will call you "momentarily". Not so! No response from anyone. I called again the next day. ******* calls back after over an hour asking me what the problem was. Really? We are told by the automated message, to clearly state what the problem is, which I did. I sent 2 follow up emails to state what the problem was. Now she calls asking me a question that was already answered 3 times. Then arguing with me about she "understands" the problem to be there is no hot water only. Which clearly shows she didn't listen to the recording and read the emails. And expect the conversation to go well with no arguments and tension. 1pm today, maintenance called and said a supposed plumber is on the way. 3 hours later, nothing, I called him back and he said he was still waiting to hear back. Wait a minute! you said 3 hours ago, someone was on the way. A total ploy!!!! After 5 emails and 6 times calling the emergency phone number, still no answer. Renters are paying for a service. We do not live in apartments for free and are not asking you to care and be sympathetic. This is business! As you expect people to pay rent on time, you are also expected to do what your own policy says. I posted a review on ****** with these same words. They may or may not respond to this but it is on record. That is the purpose of filing this complaint b/c the parent company itself CIRRUS does not respond. Asking maintenance to fix what maintenance broke is not an unreasonable request. But beware Bedford Oaks, as I speak, you will keep losing tenants until this kind of business shadiness is taken cared of.
