    I had placed an order with ****** Sheet metal on August 31 and the product was originally canceled and then reorded via pay pal at with time they received a full payment for the order, since this transaction I have received several emails about everything being fine and my order would be fulfilled and shipped out.

    i ordered what was said to be in stock 4 months ago and they wont return my calls or e-mails and they have charged my cc and i dont have a tracking number or product i ordered i want a refund

    Ordered through their site on 1/13/24 and was emailed further instructions on 1/15/24 for completing the order by phone. Talked to I'm assuming would be the owner on 1/16/24 and told me everything should ship out in a day or two and that was over 8 months ago. I paid with a gift card and it was charged $746.12 on 1/19/24 as well for the parts with shipping. I have called well over 50 times between then and now to see when the parts would be shipped out and I can not talk to anyone or get a response back from them. I also did not get a confirmation email or receipt of any sort or any email letting me know that it had shipped. I had the items shipped to my work so that it would be signed for when it was delivered also. I would like the products delivered that I ordered but will no longer purchase from this business in the future.

    They are victim of a scam. They never ordered with us. They need to file a claim with the credit card they used to get their money back. There was a scammer impersonating us online at this time.

    Ordered on Dec 5 2023, paid by debt card on Dec 7 and was told would ship in the next day or so. Never received a invoice or tracking number by email. Payment was removed from my account on Dec 8. Attempted to contact numerous times no luck and left numerous massages no returned calls. Tried to contact again today Feb 15 2024 still no luck. Done business numerous times in the past never a problem. All I want is my $116.55 back and I'll never do business with them again.

    Placed on order on 11/13/23 for model t parts. I have contacted them and left numerous messages by phone and sent 5 emails. They have not contacted me and have never sent the parts. Please refund $462.12. This is my 15 year old son's money that he earned to pay for his 1927 model T parts. Please do the right thing, refund us the money so we can look elsewhere for the parts.

    11/13/2023 I ordered a door skin and some cowl hatch panels. I paid $188.60 and it was charged to my account on 11/14/2023. A person called me on the phone and said they were in stock. They would be shipped the same day. The company wont return my phone calls or emails.

    January 2 I made a order and talked to the owner. He told me he had the parts and charged my credit card of ******. Well after several phone calls and emails . I did talk to him last week and was told.. I shipped them out and should be there MOnday (****) ******* will be bringing it. Well not a word. I've texted him ... My credit card has gotten ahold of him. He told me he was robbed and the Computer's were taken and he could not give me a *** number. And he lost his work force to a larger company. All I want is my parts. . I strongly suggest you guys keep an eye on him. Usually I don't use YELP but now I will. There are complaint. I ordered from 4 different company's for parts. at the same time. Got them within a week. You guys need to check it out. He has a web site.

    I should tell you. I called for 2 weeks to get someone to take a order. The owner  finally Picked up and took my order.. I asked him if it was in stock... yes. so he charge my account the sale day1/2/24 for $484.88 said it will take a couple of weeks to get. .. 2 weeks ago he picked up my phone call and told Me it was mailed out the prior week by **** I needed a number to see when it will come. He said that business was broken into and the computers were stolen and that insurance was setting  it up now. .OK... That was 2 weeks ago .Apparently this is what he does. Apparently you have had several complaints on him. All I want is to get my order or paid back. It takes me several phone calls to catch him.. This is fraud People... Not the ***** way..

    On 11/25/23 I attempted to place my second online order for sheet metal patch panels with ******** Sheet Metal as the first order went well. I received message a representative would call me. On 11/28 I received a call and was given a total amount for the order of $******, and was told all was in stock and it would be shipped right out, and proceeded to give them my Master Card debit card information (which was billed the full ******), I received a transaction receipt by email with no list of what I had ordered, I received no tracking number and waited for shipment to arrive, which it did not. After about 7 days I contacted HSM again and was told to wait a little longer, after a few more days and several attempts to contact HSM I was able to reach them and they told me *** must have lost it, I asked for the order's tracking # and was given a invalid #, Then the representative said he was going in the shop and pulling the parts again (as he said they had all in stock) to ship as he was hanging on the phone, and said they would ship right out, and he would call me right back with the tracking number. I never received a call, any tracking number, or any parts, I had ordered, or any refund to my bank account.Several unsuccessful attempts have been made to contact HSM, messages have been left, email message left on their site. I have received no further response from HSM.

    Hi ***, I want to let you know that ******** Sheet Metal finally sent me the parts yesterday that I ordered back in November. I Thank You very much for all you have done to help get this case settled. I do hope that ******** Sheet metal is able to be more responsible and give their customers better service in a more timely manner.

    Hi ***************, this is an update on the ******** Sheet Metal case: I was able to reach them on the phone about 3 weeks ago, I asked if I was speaking to ****, he said no "***". Note it sounded like the person who took my order (****). He said Oh you did not receive that and proceed to rustle papers around for about 5 minutes and asked if I still wanted the parts and said he would ship them right out; I asked him to email me a tracking number, said he would and he repeated my email address, I said it was correct. I have received nothing, this is the 3rd time now this same man has said he would send the parts and give me a tracking number.
    I have come to the conclusion they will never send me anything, and I would like to continue on with the 2 projects these parts were for. So at this point I would like them to just refund me. If there be anything you can do to help me and prevent this company from scamming others it would be greatly appreciated by me. THANK YOU so much, **********

    Ordered sheet metal parts from Howell&#**;s Sheet Metal H383538333133**3538H on September 11th 2023. This purchase was made through our **** account for $1,071.96 by email. The next day I called to confirm my order and add additional parts. The amount was withdrawn by ****** on September 15th, 2023. The parts I ordered were: cowl patch panel (2), cab patch panels, windshield frame, door bottoms (2), right and left door panels, striker set, bumper set, (4) door pins and gas cap which were all for a 32 **** pickup. An email confirming the order was never received so as a result I have no shipping H32303235**303035**32H record or tracking number.On October 15th, I called to check on order status and was told they would check with the shipper and call back that afternoon. No response by phone or email that day or since as I have checked my answered machine. Continued calls and email have not been answered or responded to by *******#**;s. As of this date the parts ordered has not been received.
