      My family and I eat at this restaurant at least twice a week. On 9/19/2024 at 4:00 pm. I had an emergency, I had to use the restroom. I'm have diabetes and my medications was starting to work. The restroom was locked. I asked the female if she would unlock the door. The young lady told me no I would use the restroom unless I buy something, what if I would have messed on myself. So, I was like I really need to use the restroom she walked off and finish her conversation with the young man. I left and went to ******* asked I could use the restroom. Told her what happen and what I needed said that she understood her mom take the medication also and she helped me. So why where I spend my money wouldn't help me. But where I barely spend my money helped me. Very disppointed.

      I ordered on Tuesday night 2 bundle thing and I ordered it almost an hour before they closed I got there 20 minutes before closing time and they didn't have my food ready and the worker shut the window in my face and I had my receipt and everything I called the next morning and the manager said there wasn't anything they could do which doesn't seem right
