1 starI attempted to schedule a visit with the wound care center after receiving my referral, due to the limited hours they operate I was unable to do so and when trying to find another solution the lady just hung up on me. Zero compassion or regards for my health and when I tried to reach out to someone to complaint they had the person who hung up on me follow up with me with no intention. Of finding a solution. Will never go to christus again bad business.Review fromMario D

1 starWorst customer service ever. I had MRSA they put me on a Ive drip in a hall across from 2 filthy janitors cart in a hall maybe 6 feet wide. I have a serious life threatening disease. And they have me in the same area within arm reach and every time someone had to come through. I had to Be moved . Wonder why ? Because they dont want to touch those nasty carts. I mentioned it to the nurse that was tending to me. And she says sarcastically well every room has a trash can. Its a janitorial cart . Thats why because there nasty and full of diseases. But me with open wound on the same side is ok. So after the **** Was done I was leaving. They asked me to sign something I refused. 2 days later I go to get all my records and blood work paperwork. So Im asking if someone can explain this to me. Do I need the stay is it life threatening. . And a SECURITY GAURD ********** GOT UP FINALLY. And is all in my business because I left that day. But that doesnt mean I cant be told whats wrong. Or what to do. I was gonna stay. But I wanted to record what was going on. The security guard tells me I cant record and I see why now. They want to treat people the way they want. I was just recording myself saying what had happened nothing no help then the security guard, then put his hands on me and proceeded to push me out the door even though I was gonna stay in the E.R to be seen. But I guess he runs the place because he tells me I cant never come back. Since when can anyone put there hands on you. At a establishment. When all I was doing was trying to understand the medical records I just received. The nurse said I cant never sit and wait. But SECURITY GUARD ******* WASNT HAVING IT Started pushing me trying to take my phone. Because he knows Ive got him on video. And hes reaching for his GUN. Like I was a threat to him. All the people in the ** were all looking standing up once he saw that he stopped trying to take his gun out. If I can add the video I will.Review fromAnthony P

1 starWe thought it would be a better hospital to attend than the one in town where we live but we probably have had the worst experience with this hospital, we checked my son in at 11:30 pm the lobby was completely full of people , the lobby cleared out , then it filled again , cleared out , then filled again , it clear out again , the time was 530am , they still wouldn't call us back to see a doctor , the receptionist was literally covering up with a blanket and sleeping in her chair , very unprofessional, I had to ask what was going on , then wait hrs , then i had to get attention because I was fed up with waiting because my son needed attention, but no one cared and had attitudes about

1 starMy mother brought by father into the ** for chest pains (he was having a heart attack). So, the only positives of this so-called hospital. Nurse ******* in the Cath Lab and *** nurse, **** were personable. Now all that is wrong with this facility. *** ****** who was polite but used too many medical terms that a lay person cannot understand, they kept my father in what was called a so called holding unit but it was more like a nurses lounge and many of the nurses were in and out like it was a party (being extremely loud) while my father lay in pain for over 5 hours. The *** room he was placed in was at the end of the hall next to the door and every doctor, nurse, maintenance person, food service person and any other medical personnel came in and out of that door so it opened and closed probably more than 100 times a day. My father was in the *** for 2 1/2 days in which two (2) cardiologists, including his cardiologist at the time, *** **** ****** in which he just saw less than six months ago, came in and offered no information. My father developed a fever and the hospital still put him in a regular room and then in less than 24 hours of that with little to no attention from nurses or doctors, the hospital released him with fever and without all of his medications he needed. So literally less than 24 hours from his release from Christus St. Elizabeth hospital, my family had to bring my father to a hospital in ******* 3 hours from his home in which they confirmed he was having a heart attack again or still. This facility was once a ********************** that cared about and for people. Now it needed my father out so they could have the room and did not care if he died because he easily could have died and possibly made his situation worse. The sad thing is so many rural area residents rely on medical facilities in Beaumont and something must be done to improve this situation so others do not have to experience this horrible care and treatment.CHRISTUS Hospital-St. Elizabeth, Beaumont

1 starTerrible nursing staff. I'm being completely ignored while having shortness of breath. Was told I didn't look in distress. Was given magnesium sulfate. Having chest pain, blurred vision, and wheezing now.
