On June 14, 2023 I took my new ********************* natural white pantsuit to this cleaners. When I picked the 2 pieces up on June 15 2023 and removed it from the plastic bag and saw garments had very noticeably shrunk and the color was ruined also because it was not the same natural white color. It was clearly discolored as it it had been laundried with another color. To make matters worse there was a yellow tag pinned to the pants and jacket that said pre spot all over. When I talked to the owner ****** he denied ruining my clothes and said that he don't take responsibility for shrinkage and argued that they don't use water for dry cleaning and it must be that the fabric can't take dry clean ( the label clearly states dry clean only). He began asking me dumb questions like did you try it on as if I had bought the wrong size, can you bring it back to the store to get the right size. And if it was new why did I bring it to the cleaners. I needed my outfit for an event and I thought the cleaners could press with sizing without shrinking it or discoloring it. About the prespot all over tag I told ****** there was nothing on the pantsuit to pre spot. He says they must have seen something on it . That was a lie. All that lame conversion is besides the point the fact is that my clothes had been ruined while in his care and he knows it. ****** would not take responsibility nor offer an apology. He knew I was upset and he had a smirk on his face to let me know that he could care less. I told him I was to going purchase the pants and bring it back to prove to him the difference in the color. When I returned the employees said that he had left (which I don't believe) I showed the employees the color difference and they said it was nothing they can do. I want reimbursement for the pantsuit and the refund for the cleaning service.
