    Scam artist. Presents as an Apple store yet if you purchase here, no recourse through ***** if needed. Purchased a $1600 IPad and within 24 hours brought it back as it wasn't operating as promised. No option for exchange or refund. They're just keeping my money for a defective product. Contacted ***** - because this is NOT an authorized ***** location (even though they have the logos everywhere) we have no recourse. This is terrible business practice. Computer Dimensions you may think it's just one customer..... I will continue to relay (& advertise) your policy to anyone and everyone I can. No customer service. Scamming people out of money with inoperable and inferior products. When we expressed our concern that we were out $1600.00 his response was "well I'm not a billionaire"....... People that scam people make me sick. I don't know how they sleep at night. Wanted to give zero stars but forced to choose one in order to give feedback.
