            I purchased a refrigerator from this company the owner refused to bring fridge into the house and he charged me a delivery fee. The owner was rude and unprofessional he left with the fridge and refused to give me my money back from delivery. I have been waiting outside over 10 minutes for a check.

            ***** told you before you purchase that refrigerator that we were not going inside your house because of covid. Then you lied about *****. I didn't have to give you a refund but I did because I didn't want to waste time. There's a guy on the corner of **** and ******** next time go see him for appliances. Don't come back on my property.

            For more information call ************. I'm glad the BBB gave me the opportunity to respond to you. I am a Refrigeration A/C and Appliance repair technician in business for myself. I graduated from Lamar University almost 40 years ago and I passed the State of Texas Mechanical Contractors Exam for Commercial Refrigeration and Environmental Air Conditioning. I've also been trained in Computer Robotics and Electronics Technology. Now! I mainly work on my own appliances and other equipment for resale here at my store at **** Interstate 10 East Beaumont Texas. but if I can help the public out with service work I will. I'm usually working on three or four jobs at the same time, and answering the phone. I also keep the most commonly used, new parts in stock for my service department and if I can help the public out with parts I will, but you have to know what you're looking for and be able to text me a picture of the parts you want to ************. I don't have time to look up parts for you unless I get the job doing the work. Thanks
