The business has not tried to resolve this issue it’s been 3months now continuously reaching out no response or resolution . My little brother passed away September 10 his services were 9/23/2023 we used this funeral home for services the full cost was 14,000 however a signature was forged by this company after we signed the original form it was thrown out and another form was filled out fraudulently and sign by someone other than the beneficiary then it was submitted to the insurance company for 20,000. The funeral director also fraudulently filled out * ***** ******** *** to receive 6500. We did not receive things we paid for and also things were added on for things we did not ask for. When speaking to Mr.***** he stated he had to add anything just for the for the insurance company and he would pay the 6,000 balance in cash that never happened. We paid for a headstone that still has not been taken care of. They have done this to numerous families in which they will speak out as well.
