    My X (formerly *******) account [@jennyfrancis__] was suddenly suspended on June 29th, 2025, at 4:37 AM for alleged "inauthentic behavior." This came as a complete shock, as I have always complied with the platform's rules and have never knowingly violated any part of the X Rules.Ive been an active user of the platform for nearly 3 years and I am also a Premium subscriber, which further shows my commitment to the platform and its policies. I believe this suspension was the result of targeted false reports by individuals I declined to engage in a professional contract with, which may have triggered an automated action against my account.Since the suspension, Ive submitted multiple appeals in good faith, including the most recent one under case number **********. However, I keep receiving automated rejection messages stating that my account will not be reinstatedwithout any indication of a human review or clear explanation.I am not a bot, nor have I ever engaged in any form of inauthentic behavior. My account served legitimate, personal, and professional purposes. The lack of transparency and responsiveness from X Corp has left me without any real path to resolution.

    My account allegedly no longer exists. I cannot log in or even change my password. Other users have also reported that my account does not seem to exist. When contacting support, I continue to recieve automatic messages that say I still have control of my account despite not being able to log in or even see my account.

    Im filing this complaint about my permanently suspended X (formerly *******) account: @********* received a notice from X saying my account was permanently suspended for violating their rules against violent speech. I appealed the decision, but I received a generic response stating the account will not be restored, without any specific explanation or opportunity to clarify what content caused the violation.I fully respect Xs rules and want to emphasize that if any content I posted violated their terms, it was not intentional. I am more than willing to take full accountability, delete the content in question, and ensure that I strictly follow all policies going forward. My account was important to my personal brand and digital presence, and I used the platform to engage in positive, community-focused content.I am requesting that X Corp conduct a proper manual review of my case or provide a more detailed reason for the permanent suspension. I am also willing to comply with a probationary reinstatement if needed. I have exhausted Xs internal support channels, so I am seeking assistance from the BBB in hopes that this complaint will be reviewed more carefully.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Ive submitted multiple appeals through the official form, all of which were met with the same automated response and no action or resolution.I have not received any clear explanation or specific policy violation, and I have no access to revoke app permissions or review what may have caused the issue.     My X (formerly *******) account @******** was suspended for inauthentic activity without warning or clear explanation. I am a real person and an upcoming digital artist who uses X to connect with other artists and share my work. I do not use bots, automated tools, or third-party services to manipulate followers or engagement.I believe the suspension was a false positive, possibly triggered by fake followers that I did not request or consent to. I have filed an appeal through the standard X support system, clearly explaining the situation and requesting a manual review. As of now, I have received no response.Additionally, I am a paying X Premium subscriber, which includes access to Premium Support. However, since my account is suspended, I cannot access that support or communicate with anyone at X.     Social media X is refusing to delete my account. They suspended me because they said I spammed. I don't even know how to spam. I asked numerous times for them to delete my account because they won't let me delete it and are refusing. My name on X is @JuneCorgimom .     On May 7, 2025, my account on ********************** (formerly *******), @utdeiiis, was suddenly and inexplicably suspended. I received no clear explanation for the suspension, and to dateover two months laterI have not received any response or update from X despite multiple attempts to contact them through their support channels.This account is not just for personal useit is my primary source of income. I rely on it to conduct business, engage with clients, and earn a living. Having my account suspended without justification or any form of communication has placed a severe burden on my ability to work and generate income.I am requesting that X immediately review my case, reinstate my account if no wrongdoing is found, and provide a clear explanation for the suspension.     My account @Kvng_Alanna on X (formerly *******) was permanently suspended for "inauthentic activity" despite being fully operated by me, a real person using my legal identity. I have never used bots, impersonation, or engaged in any inauthentic behavior.I submitted multiple appeals, but X Corp has not responded. I have not been provided any explanation, transparency, or even the ability to delete or retrieve my own content. Their system has locked me out of all access and denied any due process. I used this account for personal *****************************, professional networking, and industry-related engagement. This sudden restriction has caused emotional distress, loss of digital content, and potential damage to my reputation.I am requesting a manual, human review of the suspension decision; preservation of all my data; and either reinstatement of the account or full access to delete my content if reinstatement is denied. Their enforcement action directly contradicts their own publicly stated moderation policies around context, misclassification, and user trust.

    I have been a premium and regular user of ********************** to connect with friends, family, and new people. I help spread useful and relevant information on there, also exchange important information with new social connections, this is how we build. But X felt the need to mark my account as spam and account manipulation. I do none of this, I'm a regular person. There's tons of **** bots, spam accounts, etc on ********************** but they're focused on those who spread positive information, they have an agenda and dont like when people speak up. I've sent in 3 appeals and have waited for a response from them just like it says on the page while submitting that it will be reviewed and someone will get back to me. That has yet to happen, with all 3 submissions of appeal. I doubt they are using actual people and just have these appeals checked by an automated system. This ruins the experience for X, it is also unfair to those who use X regularly and do nothing wrong. I'm paying for a premium subscription still, if my account is suspended then why am I still paying? They need to actually review my account and take the correct steps to reinstate it because this is ridiculous and unfair.
