    dears , I am a user of the ********************** platform with the name @mcarmen_1981 associated with the email *********************** I have had this account since 2012, without ever having any problems, no warnings, no account, it is a verified account.Well, on August 8th at one in the morning, without prior notice of any notification of having broken any rules, my account was suspended, according to what they told me, for breaking the rules, and even more so for authenticity.A fact that is strange to me since my account is verified, with my phone number, my real name, and email and I pay a fee.I have filed many appeals, but they have ignored me. My account is in read-only mode,I sent a certified letter to X CORP without any response from them. I have tried to contact them through many means but without response. I have never broken any rules, I have never been given any warning, my use of that social network is for personal use and I do not understand why my account has been suspended, I beg you to help me reactivate it, thank you.

This is a technical error, not a violation. I am a legitimate user from mainland *****, using only a ****** email (no phone number due to registration limitations and privacy concerns).Attempts to Resolve:- Submitted email appeals on July 29, August 12, August 21, September 2, and September 10, 2025 (received automated replies only).- Submitted forms via X *********** on September 10 and September 16, 2025 (both showed page confirmation: "Thank you! Weve received your request," but no email confirmation despite checking all Gmail folders: inbox, spam, promotions, social, and All Mail).- It has been 52 days with no substantive reply.     My ******* (x) account was un justly suspended for no reason. I was talking to a friend and my account was suspend. Two friends are able to make jokes and friendly banter without it being a real insult. All my tweets that may contain hyperbolic speech a friendly joke between friends should be ok.     I subscribed to ******* Blue (now X Premium), which was advertised as a platform feature that would promote free speech and amplify subscriber content. However, my experience has been the opposite.Despite paying for the service, my posts were often suppressed rather than signal-boosted. On multiple occasions, my account was unfairly restricted with 24-hour or longer bans after being flagged by Xs automated moderation system. The flagged posts were not violent in nature, but the ** system failed to properly interpret them. I have received emails from X support acknowledging that these enforcement actions were mistakes and reinstating my account, which confirms the errors were on their end.Furthermore, I have observed a clear disparity in treatment: posts expressing violent or hateful Republican-leaning views were widely amplified on the platform, while posts from Democratic-leaning individuals like myself were disproportionately suppressed or silenced. This is in direct contradiction to the services advertising and stated purpose.Because ******* Blue did not deliver what was promised and, in fact, acted against its own claims, I am requesting a full refund of my subscription fees, and a public warning that it is not a democratic friendly platform. I have included my receipt, the three instances of X restoring my account and admitting they were wrong, and an example of an account that doxxes members of ******* being protected by ******* and not removed for violating their policy. And I will include screenshots of accounts that are allowed to make threats that violate policy and the Constitution.

    I am filing this complaint because ******* (X) customer support has failed to help me recover my hacked account. My account was hacked after I shared login details with a buyer who claimed interest in purchasing my BGMI gaming ID. He logged into my account, changed the linked email, and locked me out completely.Before this, I had already completed ******** ID verification with my passport, so my identity was officially linked to the account. After the hack, I raised multiple complaints through ******** support system. I provided every possible proof, including my government ID, Premium payment receipt, and a cybercrime complaint filed with Indian authorities.Despite this, I only received automated replies. First, bot messages said they could not verify me, and finally, I received an email from X Support stating they were unable to verify me as the owner and could not assist further. They even suggested I create a new account, which is unacceptable because my original account holds years of personal data, communications, and digital *********** make matters worse, their system blocks me from submitting a new case. Whenever I try, it says my original case is already in the queue. In reality, the case is closed, but the system prevents me from providing more evidence or escalating. This has left me stuck with no ************* main grievance is not only about the hack but ******** poor support. As a paying Premium user, I *************************** my ID verification, payment proof, and cybercrime complaint to be reviewed seriously. Instead, they sent automated denials without a proper investigation.I request that my complaint be taken up seriously and that ******* (X) be directed to review my documents properly, revoke the hackers access, restore my account, and improve their support process so hacked users are not abandoned.

    I am a freelance designer living in *********. Life here is very difficult because the cost of living is so high, and my income is very low. To support myself, I have been working hard for two months on crypto airdrop campaigns, hoping to earn some small rewards.Just when the rewards are about to be distributed, my X (*******) account was suddenly suspended. I did nothing wrong and never broke any rules. I sent an appeal, but I never received any reply.     Subject: Unresolved Account Lock and Unresponsive Support (@malen_manya)To Whom It May Concern,I am filing this complaint against X Corp due to an ongoing issue with my X account (@malen_manya), which has been locked since September 13th 2025 for alleged violent speech over a comment about deportation in a discussion about ***** Zarutskas death. The comment was a non-violent policy suggestion, misinterpreted by Xs moderation. This has rendered my account unusable, and *********************** support system has failed to resolve the issue.I attempted to appeal via Xs form (*********************************************************************), but it repeatedly errors with this request has already been processed, while my account remains under review and locked. Emails to ********************************* ****************************** and ******************************** bounced as invalid, and tags to @XSupport, @Safety, and @Premium on X went unanswered or redirected me to the same broken form. Due to this, I canceled my X subscription, as I cannot pay for an inaccessible service.This is not the first time my account has been locked, most times I am not even given a reason or example of what post they flagged, so I had no way of knowing what I was being punished for. Meanwhile, threats of ****, name calling like *****, and even AI generated images of horrific things being done to me were allowed to stay up for days, at times. As well as the celebration and threats of killing my people! When nothing I have said comes anywhere near this level of violence.Xs lack of responsive support, broken appeal system, and invalid contact channels have caused significant frustration and financial loss.     I cancelled my subscription and X keeps charging my card and took $3 from **** tried contacting customer support, but no support was given, nor am I able to access support without paying for it.

    A few months ago, my account lazerizer (@lazerizer) was banned because it was mass-reported by people who i have made angry. I have attempted to contact the X support team to get my account unbanned, without any success. I have recieved no human moderation contact, nor have i been informed of what TOS i could have broken (none, as far as i am aware). I had a lot of content on that account, and it saddens me to have it be taken away. i would wish to either contact a human ******* support member, or to have my X account unsuspended.
