            April 14, 2022 a new water heater and commode was purchased, and installed 2 days later for $2900. The water heater makes the hot water white and they said it was a water well issue, the water well company said it was a plumbing issue. The cold water is normal. Now 2 months later there is a foul smell with the hot water. The commode works okay but is too large for the space. When I get up from the commode I hit my head on the opposite wall. Their offer to fix the commode problem was for another $500 they will install a plastic commode. I have called them many times and I am still waiting on the manufacturers paperwork that should come with with the water heater and commode. I have talked to ******* and ****** and whoever answers the phone when I call. I was impressed with the speed of installation but correcting problems has been pathetic. I would not recommend this company. I got a copy of the paid **** to my email, but dont know how to access it from here.

            About a month ago, this company, Parobek Plumbing, worked a major project for my neighbor which required a large amount of digging in their side yard. That part of the yard is immediately adjacent to my yard. When digging a giant hole they heaped the dirt/mud, and some equipment onto my yard also walking over my grass and absolutely massacring and killing that part of MY yard. (see pictures) I sent a letter and pictures to the owner, Charlie *********************** explaining the situation and how it could have been prevented or at least mitigated had they ask me before they started ruining my yard. It will cost me several hundred dollars to repair my yard not to mention the many hours of labor I will have to endure to repair the damage.I asked him if he would take responsibility for his workers and at least pay me for some of the materials I will have to buy to fix this mess. To date he has remained silent and I take that as a big finger to the face. I was hoping he would be a stand up guy and do the responsible thing, but I guess I was wrong. I would certainly never hire this company for anything!
