Do not rent from ***************************! My husband and I had the worst experience with Texas Rose and I strongly advise you look elsewhere for a rental property.We had soft spots in our floors that became actual HOLES for the period of 6 months or so. You could see outside through the gaps, I had ************** coming in! Windows wouldn't close, panes coming out of others, electrical outlets coming out of the walls.... Yes, someone came out but all repairs weren't made. It became so bad in all the common areas that you could see the floor beams.The duct work under the trailer had holes in it so I taped the *****, broken vents and now ***** wants to make us pay to replace them. The tape that was used is specifically for the ** industry and I told her it comes off with solvent or even alcohol.When we moved in ***** said I could paint, I did in fact paint the kitchen cabinets and had permission to sand the lace or whatever was on them off. Not to mention the water damage and caked on oil that was already on the cabinets. ***** is doing everything she can to keep our deposit.We were told we could move if we didn't feel "safe". I nor my husband never once said we felt unsafe. I did ask one of the contractors if it was safe for us to be there. He said (and I'm paraphrasing) "well, if it comes a big rain I'd be worried"Oh, don't file a complaint with the attorney general you'll get a notice to not renew your lease for "being unreasonable" because it takes them half a year to make repairs.
