    Our original landlord no longer works for Marie Pigg real estate. She was rude and sought reasons to not fulfill her duty to maintain a safe house for us to rent. Upon move out we discovered she misplaced our inventory/condition checklist. Marie Pigg then allowed the owners, who are now selling, to go through the home and determine what they thought we should pay for. Leading to us essentially remodeling their home. We were credited $500 originally to attempt to revive the carpets that were in complete shambles. The cleaning company even stated that they were beyond saving. Upon move out we were told that we created those issues in and would be losing our deposit to buy the owners new carpet. We were charged $450 for a single mini-blind. And many other minuscule things that apparently racked up a $2500+ bill. We have no leg to stand on because the original employee overseeing our rental didnt file our paperwork correctly. So Marie Pigg is protecting the home owners to ensure they continue working with them while stealing our entire deposit from us.
