I signed up for a $5000 program on August 11. I didnt attend any of the onboarding calls, and didnt use the program due to extenuating circumstances that put a stop to my plans. On September 27 I sent an email to support asking for a refund and received no response. I sent 3-4 additional emails and was eventually told that there was nothing that could be done and that coaching programs had a no refund policy. I didnt realize I bought a coaching program since all of the videos in said program are pre-recorded. I understand not giving a refund months after purchase, but I had access to the program for 47 days and didnt use it- and dont plan to. They did offer to move the funds to a different program, but i told them i was not interested. I am requesting a full refund.
