      The sweetwater techs did an awesome job installing our new water heater, but the promised timer for the water heater which was to be ordered and installed at no additional cost other than for the timer itself when it came in, never arrived, and after more than 6 weeks later no timer had even been located by Sweetwater for the unit and responses to my queries ceased. I then sent them a link to a timer available at ********** and in response a plumber came out on June 29 and discussed the sorts of timers available "out there" and suggested that we get a Wi-Fi controlled one, and that we do the research, choose one, purchase it ourselves and they could install it. Then today I got a followup call repeating that message but adding that an additional fee of about $170 would be charged for its installation rather than it being included in the water heater installation charge as we had been told originally. Had we originally been told there would be a separate installation fee for the timer we would have been ok with it. But, because of this duplicity, and the fact that no actual attempt to locate a timer was apparently made by Sweetwater, we will instead be getting a timer installed by our electrician. I recommend having all details included in your estimate/invoice if you want to actually get what's promised. As an additional note, we were told in today's phone call that they hadn't understood that we wanted the timer because we had solar panels and wanted it to only run in the daytime. What the heck? Why does it matter why what we want it for?

      For 4 months my family of four and I have had no safe drinking water due to the contamination of the Rainsoft water filtration and treatment system. The contamination has gone into the reverse osmosis system and the water throughout the whole household affecting our showering, dishwasher and washing machine. We noticed that we started having rashes on our skin and some discoloration of clothes being washed. The Rainsoft technicians only have training to install equipment and test for softness of water. They had no knowledge how to solve the urine taste to our water. I had to hire outside companies to analyze our water. The conclusion was that there was sulfur in the water coming from the Rainsoft system. Their suggested solution was to change out the Rainsoft tanks and the contaminated reverse osmosis system tank. When I requested the Rainsoft manager to change the tanks which have lifetime warranties on them he pretty much hung up on me. In the past 15 years I have paid almost $20,000. to Rainsoft to keep my water safe and clean for drinking. Now when there is a problem with their products their solution is to turn off the system and drink city water. I feel that my family and I have had both physical and emotional pain and suffering due to Rainsoft products. Rainsoft has failed to keep my water safe and healthy that I have been paying them for. My daughter has an incurable cancer and I have acid reflux. We both need alkaline water. I paid Rainsoft over $700 in the past year and half for alkaline ************* I have to buy alkaline water from the store.I feel Rainsoft needs to change out all my Rainsoft tanks and compensate me for all the pain and suffering caused to my family. Their response has been cruel and caused pain and suffering. They have failed their contract and warranties.

      I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE, WHEN IT COMES TO THIS COMPANIES INTEGRITY AND DOING THE RIGHT THINGConcerning My **2, and what happened when I Reach out in regards to it.I worked for Sweet Water Home Services back in 2021. During the 2022 tax season I never received a **2 from the company.I reached out and spoke with a member of HR in order to obtain it.The HR member informed me that because my employment with the company was for a short time, the company didn't reportany taxes and not to worry about it.That didn't seem right to me, so I spoke with my ******* who informed me to requesta **2 for tax reporting purposes.Well after some time I received the **2 and I filed my taxes. But soon after I was contacted by the *** and alerted to a contradiction with the document I filed. Apparently Sweet Water sent a different **2's to the *** from the one they sent me.Now the *** is requesting the corrected **2.After being made aware of this, I reached back out to SWHR beginning of this Year 2023 andinformed them of the *** findings. I was told they would look into the matter and get back with me. Not long after Sweet Water HR confirmed two differing **2s had been sent out and they would correct the issue.Currently it's been two months or more and I'm still waiting for the corrected **2. *** called to speak with the HR Manager, but my calls are being screened and avoided. I even called and left a voice mail for the owner. To this date, no one has made any attempts to return my calls. I just want this issue resolved. THIS SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE COMPANY, AND THE COMPANIES INTEGRITY.
