So I took my cat here because she had been vomiting and and her allergies were getting bad. They took her to the back immediately, which I thought was odd because usually (in my experience) the exam is done in the room. A few minutes later I hear my cat screaming on and off for about five minutes. They bring her back in and tell me she was being difficult so they didnt get as much blood as they hoped so they couldnt do all the tests. They leave the room and I realize my cat is still bleeding and blood is all over her leg. I ask them why and they said we didnt want to get scratched so we didnt apply pressure or put a band-aid. They apologized and later someone at the front explained that the reason my cats exam was done in the back is so they can be more efficient; I was in shock. I had to pay $375. The next day my cat looked even worse than before so I took her back with a ***** sample. They came to the conclusion that because the blood work showed her organs were fine and the ***** sample showed that she didnt have worms, most likely she was sick due to stress. The second trip cost me $300. Then I found out that the vet I saw the first time was a substitute vet, not the actual vet I thought I would be seeing. So basically I took my cat there, they manhandled her and made her more sick, causing me to have to bring her back. I called back today to ask for either a refund for one of those appointments or next visit free and they said theyd give me $70. Do not take your animals here by efficient they mean that they want to take your animal to the back and treat them however they want so that they can get through more appointments as fast as they can. The best vets care more about the animals and making them feel safe versus efficiency.
