    This place is horrible! DO NOT BUY a car from these people. My daughter bought a car and has had multiple issues since day one. She keeps taking it back for repairs but still has issues. It has been less than 90 days since she bought the car. She has even recorded the issues to show them but they say they can not replicate the issues therefore they don't see an issue. They told her they would trade her out and even had her test drive another vehicle and then she goes back to get the car and they tell her they aren't going to trade her out. Not but scammers! ******! Their Manager is also rude and condescending and a liarer.

    This place is horrible, purchased a vehicle less than 90 days ago the vehicle begin ticking in the engine until it died on the road had the car towed to dealership, and was told by the service manager ****** that the engine had a recall on it and to take it to dealership. "IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE". Picked up vehicle to take to KIA on 1/27/2025 @ 652pm. Car stalled out in the intersection less than .2miles away @701 pm. Returned vehicle to dealership had people push the car. They are not trying to help and sold this vehicle knowing the condition of the engine and their maintenance contract states that if the problem is not cause by the purchaser the they will fix the car. This dealership sold this car knowing of the potential problems going on with it. Then try to blame me. The dealership manager offers no help and honestly I believe they wanted me to come get the car to attempt to say I cause the damage. KNOWINGLY SELLING CONSUMERS BAD VEHICLES because of their credit situation. SCAM SCAM

    Waited on call since I couldnt get through to customer service never called me, showed up trying to tow vehicle, when I went to pick it back up vehicle had additional 30 miles on odometer and gas missing that matched the amount of miles added

    Horrible place to buy a car. My vehicle broke down in the first month. Im pretty sure they sold me a car without Catalytic converters.This place is a scam. Do not buy from here. Clueless customer service.

    Submitted my proof of insurance as requested. Payments made on time in full. March 25 I was overcharged *****. **************** said to resubmit my proof of insurance any the additional ***** would be reimbursed. It wasnt. Next payment due was still ***** more. Called customer service again and was told shed take care of it and call me back. Never called me back. Called customer service the next day, again. Was told that they werent listed as Lienholder. Updated my insurance to include lienholder. (Was never told to do so in the first place). E mailed my updated insurance documents but when I went to make a payment, its still ***** more than agreed. Not making a payment until this matter is resolved. Has been going on over 2 weeks now!

    Horrible company that i have ever had a vehicle with they are highly overpriced and have crappy cars my car started breaking down over the first year of having it and they wouldnt cover it also they repossessed my vehicle over even though they setup payment arrangements with me stay away from this business absolutely horrible to do business with they wont own up to there errors and blame it on you if your thinking about buying a car from them dont ,walk away while you can.

    Sold ** Yard Art. Lied to us about a recall being repaired. The vehicle stalled on the IH35 service road at 65 miles per hour. Cannot get our license plates. Insurance was obtained the day the vehicle was purchased and You Drive Auto is trying to charge because they say that we don't have insurance. They received declaration page last night showing we have coverage and have had since the day of purchase. Because the company name was spelled wrong they are saying we don't have insurance and wanting to charge us ***** dollars a payment for single interest coverage. Complete rip off.
