Dr. ***** **** did such a bad job on me that I actually look worse then when I went there last Saturday. This is hard to do, and NO ONE has done a worse job on me than this guy. I told him and all of the students there, that under no circumstances should he inject close to my nose. He did it, anyway!!! Worse, he yelled at me when I pulled away from his injection. "I am a master injector!" Really? I told him I had a rare condition and had monthly lymph drainage to combat this issue. If he injected in my lymph drainage area I would have constant peeling for a month or more. Now, not only do I have constant peeling, even after seeing my lymph drainage person Monday, but I look so bad that people ask me if I am tired. What a self-important, uncaring, arrogant, poor injector and human being this guy is. Would a working aesthetician ignore a person's disability? He didn't read my intake sheet. I carry a disability card and tag. I will never go back. I even emailed the office about him. Thank God he would not give me Voluma!!!! It would take a year to get the gunk out of my lymph.

Avoid these people like the plague if you value your appearance, *************** Two students worked on my face, zero supervision. Three days post treatment I ended up in the ** with severe bruising, contact dermatitis and an infection on the left side of my face. Not to mention the horrible asymmetry Im left with. They offered $1000 compensation & said they would write a check to the provider of my choice. I work unconventional hours & found a provider who could accommodate me. The provider had difficulty cashing the check. I requested they cancel the check while I found another provider, which has been almost impossible given my work schedule. They did not even bother to respond to my request. They need to write the check to me directly. This nightmare has been going on since January. Im done with them and am consulting with an attorney, which I should have done at the outset.
