Refund. I received an email on 4/4/22 about receiving a refund from ACA. I contacted the school to find out more. The information was that I will be getting a refund but I was told that I will only be issued the refund to the card I paid with originally. I let the campus director know that I have not had affiliation with that card/bank for over a year.I was told to wait 30days before they could go forward with a different way to send me the refund. It is 5/9/22.The 30 days is up.I contacted the campus manager again today5/9/22,so I could get the information of who to contact in the accounting ****.The campus director only sent me the same message he sent me in April. I have specifically asked to be given the contact information of who I need to talk to about my refund. I have let the campus manager know that I am the one that needs to talk to them about my refund but I still have not gotten a reply.I called ACA today to get a # for the accounting **** and I was told that they do not know. It is incredibly unfair on how I am not given any information of who or what **** to get in contact. I am getting second hand information about my account. I am not a second class citizen. Not a good thing to do!
