Hi,I had signed up on the Jasper or Jasper AI website for a free trial for 7 days using my **************** card. I had signed up for the trial on September 22nd, 2024. When the trial ended, Jasper charged my credit card without notifying me via email or any other means. I didn't even know that my credit card had been charged until I manually checked my credit card statement. This is an unusual business practice because most online or software companies that I have used always send information via email when an account is billed. Additionally, I also did not use the Jasper platform at all after the trial ended. When I learned about the charge after checking my credit card statement, I reached out to Jasper immediately to cancel the account and refund me the money. However, they are not willing to refund me the amount that was charged after repeated requests stating that you didn't reach out to us earlier (7 days after billing).This is the first time I've used Jasper, and I've had a very bad experience with the platform. It seems like they're just out there to grab customer money.I request that you help me get my refund. I cancelled my subscription in March. They charged me April May and June. I even removed my credit cards and they somehow repopulated it. I want the last 3 months of charges back as you can see there has been ZERO activity. Jasper is just like all other online software...unregulated and dishonest. They have enough corporate clients that they don't need to me "mistakes" and charge 3 extra months for my inky dinky creator account. DisgustedInitial Complaint

Fraulent company that should be investigated. I had a free trial period that ended on May 13. After the free trial, people are moved to a plan. I contacted them on May 8 asking that they cancel my free trial and stating that I do not want to be moved to a plan and do not want to be billed. They assured me that after my free trial, I wont be billed and nothing else needs to be done on my part. They said they wont move me to a plan per my request. Today, I receive a fraud alert from my bankJaster.ai tried to withdraw $468 from my bank. This is completely unauthorized and fraudulent! I'm horrified and disgusted. I used their free trial in 12/12/2022 for couple days and made sure I had it canceled before the trial ended. However, this company employ a fraudulent and deceptive marketing approach where customers will still get charged for their subscription fee EVEN IF CANCELED FREE TRIAL ON TIME! In order to stop subscription, customers have to contact their customer service and they DO NOT HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER! Email only!! And this entire process was unbeknown to me. Most importantly, this business do no send customers any notification nor receipt for being charged for their subscription. I therefore ended up with unknowingly spend $1980 for two year's subscription without ever indented to use their service. They are putting me in such a financial hardship since I am a college student taking out debt. I therefore desire full refund.Initial Complaint

I signed up for the Jasper trial. i even have an email stating I only want it for the ************ company charged my card without my knowledge and with out providing a warning that they were going to do so. This platform appears to only be shell for Chat GPT. It is a SCAM.
