Based on our record, the processor being claimed for warranty was not sold through the *** Processor in a Box Program as retail packaged product.
Additionally, the provided BestBuy invoice containing the purchaser information does not match this customer on file.
Unfortunately, per *** Processor in a box (PIB) 3 ************ Warranty (**********************************************************************) terms and conditions, this customers part is not eligible for direct replacement through ***.We have suggested to this customer to contact their seller for other warranty assistance.

Advanced Micro Devices ***** has a new type of warranty fraud, as soon as anyone needs a warranty claim, they ask for invoice of where you bought it, then CLAIM the "invoice is invalid" when these are coming from retail stores that sell their product. its a way to not replace the item under warranty when it FAILS!!As an installer I have used *** for literal decades, I use them exclusive over ***** (their direct competitor) Love the products, but sometimes (not often) things happen and we need customer service not warranty fraud because make no mistake thats exactly what this is!!! WARRANTY FRAUD!!!Also in the tech world im on the forums and chats!!! this is wide spread THIS is what *** is doing now, apparently EVERYONES invoice or receipt is "not valid" by their lying "team" who decided it wasnt valid!!! Advanced Micro Devices, **** ******* has a promotion offering the game, STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor, with a purchase of their Ryzen ****x series processor. I made my purchase on 3/28/23 and my invoice confirms that the game bundle is included with my purchase. My PC suddenly stopped detecting my second monitor which I NEED for work. I uninstalled my graphics driver multiple times, and even tried to download the proper driver from **** but they no longer have the autodetect tool so I can find which driver I need. They also purposely make it impossible to reach any kind of customer support for this issue!Business Response

In May of 2021 I purchased a New in ******* Ryzen 5900X from Newegg.This month I system was no longer able to boot, after troubleshooting, I found that the *** was having issues.I made a Warranty request through ***** website, followed their instructions of sending a copy of the invoice, a copy of an email, a picture of the *** in the ********** (which is really ridiculous and is not stated as part of their warranty terms.)I received a message that they are unable to find the order number with Newegg. That is not my fault, how am I supposed to remedy that? I would like *** to uphold their Warranty claims and have my *** repaired or replaced. The Manufacture date of the *** is 2020, the warranty period is 3 years yet they don't want to honor their warranty, then what is the point of having a warranty and being dishonest about it with customers?Business Response

I filed a warranty claim with **** I provided all information requested of me and *** approved an *** and provided details in an email outlining the *** procedure. I followed the instructions exactly in the email and the Packaging Tips and Shipping Suggestions for *** Warranty Returns at this page https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/rma-01 I used a shipping company with tracking as they suggested. The shipping company lost my package and has acknowledged their mistake and paid a $100 liability for lost package.Now, *** won't process the warranty on my *** because they didn't physically receive the *** to complete the ***. *** says that the shipping company is responsible the loss and I'm responsible for not insuring the shipment.None of ***s documentation mentions insuring the package. Had they mentioned it, I definitely would have done so. It was a broken *** so who insures a broken *** for $1200+, the cost of replacing with a new one.Today I received an email stating that the *** has been closed because it didn't meet the criteria.Not only have I lost the cost of the *** to shipping issues, I have to spend another $699.99 + taxes for a new replacement (at current prices).*** provided inaccurate, incomplete information regarding parcel shipment so they should be held liable for *** replacement.I can provide all the emails, shipping documents, tracking #, claim #, photo of check I received from *****.As I ststed to an *** customer service representative, I don't care for the ***** reimbursement and willing to give it to *** so that they'll complete the warranty claim.Business Response

I purchased a *** Radeon PRO WX **** 4GB *** for my computer on March 15, 2022 for $216.74. Installed the *** approximately 2 months ago. After about 2 weeks of use the *** stopped working. I replaced the *** with another and everything was working fine. I reached out to *** to get a replacement through warranty. They started a claim and we did some troubleshooting and nothing worked. They then asked me to send in the *** for an RMA. The address they gave me to send the *** to is in ****** and I'm located in ***. The shipping was going to cost more than $130 that they said I need to pay for. I asked them to provide me a location to ship the product in ******* so the shipping price would be reasonable.
