  Many roofing companies to choose from but none like ****** **** Roofing and Restoration. Exceptional service from the initial inspection to the collaboration with my adjuster to the building of the contract to the actual roof replacement. The project manager, on-site supervisor, and owner were professional and personable. They each went above and beyond to ensure I understood each stage of the process and clearly answered my questions. Customer satisfaction is their priority. What a positive experience!

  My new metal roof looks awesome. The reroofing was quick and clean. They upgraded my gutters and attic ventilation at the same time. Worleybyrd really shined when they successfully negotiated with my insurance company who initially refused to pay out a fair market replacement cost for my roof claim. Great job all around. I definitely recommend them.

  I can highly recommend Worleybyrd Roofing & Restoration. Hail damage required replacement of roof. ***** (project manager) delt with insurance company from the first and followed through during the entire process. Also had some interior damage (water stains) that they repaired immediately after completing the roof portion which had been completed in a single day. A few problems arose with the painting and replacement gutters that was corrected immediately after my notification. They even replaced a broken sprinkler head that was damaged during the process. ****** (owner) responds immediately to any and all situations that *** arise and was constantly on site verifying that all went according to plan. A very efficient and professional gentleman. You can do no better.

  In a sea of scummy insurance agencies and even more suspicious roofing companies, WorleyByrd stands above the rest. Amazing by the book service with no bs. The job itself was fast and high quality.I can't recommend WorleyByrd enough.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with WorleyByrd Roofing for the installation of a new roof on my house in ******* and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. The entire process, from the initial contact to the completion of the project, was handled efficiently and professionally. *****************************, my point of contact at WorleyByrd, was exceptional in his communication and attention to detail.One of the standout qualities of WorleyByrd Roofing is their unwavering commitment to keeping their word and maintaining a high level of integrity. They completed the roof installation in just one day, which was impressive given the size of the project. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident in the finished result, and I am confident that my new roof will withstand the test of time.While the overall experience with WorleyByrd was excellent, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. The cleanup of the work site could have been a bit more thorough. Although they did remove the majority of debris and materials, a few small remnants were left behind. However, this is a minor issue and doesn't overshadow the exceptional workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by WorleyByrd Roofing.In conclusion, I highly recommend WorleyByrd Roofing for any roofing needs. Their commitment to quality, integrity, and efficient service is commendable. With a few minor adjustments to their cleanup process, they would be truly outstanding in every aspect. I am grateful for their excellent work and the peace of mind I now have with my new, high-quality roof.

  I would recommend the WorleyByrd team if you are looking for a new roof. **** is exceptional, he did all the work with my insurance company and kept me up to date the entire time. The process did take longer than expected because the shingles showed up a little late, but **** took accountability and the crew cleaned up perfectly at the end of both days.

  Great experience and good looking roof! Appreciated Zack and Nathen helping with the insurance claim and their be patient as we made decisions. They showed up when they said, kept us up to date on subs, and clean up was well done.
