              In early May 2021 we had **** ***** with Onward Roofing out with his crew to repair our roof. June 1, 2021 I noticed the roof was still leaking in the same area so I notified him through a text. He kept telling me through texts that he would have his crew come out week after week. It’s now July 6th and no one has been out. **** ***** the owner of Onward has now started ignoring my texts and calls. I have tons of text messages regarding this matter that I would be happy to submit. We now have extensive damage from this leak.

              I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the roof I recently got from Onward Roofing. It is absolutely stunning and has upgraded the aesthetic of my home from a 6 to a 10. The matching metal edging is the icing on the cake and makes for a clean line between the roof and stone sides. Additionally, I was shocked how fast and easy the whole process was including filing a claim. They walked me through every step and they accepted no money until the job was done. Outstanding service and product!
