On June 5th, 2021 at approximately 2 pm, my wife and I went to this establishment. Based on menu prices, we spent approximately $55. We gave the waiter our credit card, he processed the payment on a hand held device, and we left. We were not provided a receipt either before or after our payment was processed. When we got back to our hotel, we discovered that our account had been charged $135. We attempted multiple times to contact the ** however hes not returning our calls. We suspect this establishment is targeting older clientele (were both 66 years old) and practicing deceptive and unethical transactions. All were asking is for a detail listing of the charges. Did the waiter process someone elses ****? Did the waiter give himself a huge tip? Does this establishment regularly practice settlement of transactions that are three time the published prices. Is our age a factor in how this transaction was settled?

We drove up from San Antonio to see this place. Had a bad start and got worse. The assistant manager that looks and sounds like Joe from Impractical Jokers was rude and asked inappropriate questions about my girlfriends service animal. I told him he could not ask those personal questions. Only if the animal was a service animal and what if any special tasks the animal can perform. Idiot told me that the Department of Justice says only certain animals can be let into restaurants. Then he asked what the service dog was for. Totally against the law. I can take our dog on a plane but not a Bar n Grill? It got heated and I told him he was wrong. Eventually another manager helps us name Billy. He sat us right away but our time was ruined. We tried to make the best of it. Both of us very upset. When they came by and asked we just said yes. Not wanting to drive back after the long trip As we left, my girlfriend saw Billy again and asked if they would be doing anything to solve our issue. Thought maybe they would at least send an appetizer or something for our stressful situation. He would not even have the other manager apologize. I felt we should have been comp'd for the scene and embarrassing event but we still paid. Billy said they don't offer comps for anything. He said it was not his job to cater to her. They would not give me the GM's phone number either. FYI - ADA states: Service animals are not required to wear any type of vest or carry certification, so they may not always be easy to identify by just looking at them. Businesses can ask if a dog is a service animal and what work task they have been trained to perform, if it is not obvious. However, they are not allowed to demand any verification for the dog or inquire about their handler's disability. Service animals are not pets. So, although a “no pets” policy is perfectly legal, it does not allow a business to exclude service animals. ... A public accommodation or facility is not allowed to ask for documentation or proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. Eat somewhere else if you have a service animal, unless you you want the third degree about what your ailments are and what your service animal is for. All illegal. These people are idiots and apparently jerks. Great place down the road
