    - We hired LFM to remodel our bathroom project on 7/6/2024. The contract was signed at $9,230.- Sep 9th 2024, Two months later and 24 hours before the project start date, LFM disclosed the contract could not be honor and the new contract pricing is now $13,000.- Due to the deposit ($1,500) had been made and materials were bought through ***, we still decided to go with them (our mistake).- We experienced multiple issues since they started the project: no-show, upkeep the pricing during the project, the lack of support and communication that resulted in incorrect materials purchased and potentially delay the project as a whole. After back and forth discussions with them, both project PM and their Customer Support Manager told us to terminate the contract so we did, and we gave 1 star review on **** and ****** Reviews.- After discontinuing with them, they kept reaching out to us by calling, sending us messages, and event showing up at our home to "resolve the issue". Their proposal is to refund the remainder payment of $4500 due to incomplete work in exchange for reviews being removed. We disagreed, however, we were willing to update our reviews to reflect how they resolve the issue. - When we reported their unethical action on ****, the company CEO reached out to us on two occasions: Oct 4th and Oct 23rd for the settlement. He proactively offers the refund (now $3,124.10) or higher amount in exchange for reviews being removed. Our decision remains firm so we could not reach to the agreement with them.- CONCLUSION: Withholding the refunds as a natural of the incomplete work in exchange for bad reviews is unethical business practice and misleading customers to the quality of works that they can not delivered. We need your help to at least take the refund that we are rightful own. Thank you!
