Business ProfileforStoryBuilt

I'm a board member of my association. We got a noticed from our property manager back in July this year that was laid off from StoryBuilt and that everyone was being laid off. The board was left with a phone number to reach out to find out if our funds and association will still be managed by StoryBuilt. No response. I tried many attempts to call them, reach out to them through their "contact us" page on their website and even writing a ****** review hoping to get a response from them for any help or answers. Nothing.StoryBuilt dropped us with no warning, no explanation or any instructions what we as the board of association need to do next. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that there were vendors that didn't get paid as far as June and visited our property last month (August) trying to find any neighbor to give their late payment invoice notice to and stated that our association may get a lien for not getting paid. Also our business license was never renewed back in June when StoryBuilt was still operating and we were paying for their services. They were paid up to July and the layoffs occurred in the second week of July. Our reserves bank notified us about the expired business license as we were setting up the bank account to get authorization.Finally this month (September) we got an email from StoryBuilt, but very late, very unprofessional. Our new management property company is still trying to get information from StoryBuilt but it's been a slow process getting info from StoryBuilt. I don't recommend this company for any business dealings!
