Minor dependent signed up for drivers education and while doing so also approved Roadside Assistance through Aceable. Charges $5 monthly. This should not be an option when minors are enrolling only for drivers education without verbal consent from a parent. I happened to notice the charge and when claiming a dispute. The ********** informed me that it was a recurring charge. Called Aceable regarding cancellation and reimbursement of funds. They could only reimburse previous charge.Parents be aware of this option! This company needs to do better rather than taking advantage of minors for a fraudulent subscription for roadside assistance.

Deceptive and Unfair Business Practices We had an extremely disappointing experience with Aceable. My son used their platform to take his driving permit test and was very careful to follow the ruleshe even closed all other tabs to avoid accidentally switching away from the exam, as warned.Despite this, during the test, he accidentally highlighted a word with his mouse, which caused his MacBook to open a dictionary pop-up. This triggered Aceables system to exit the exam and demand another payment to retake it. We were shocked that such a minor, involuntary action would be treated the same as intentional cheatingand even more frustrated that the company refused to offer a refund or any ************** became clear that Aceables system is designed to capitalize on technical errors, forcing families to pay multiple times. We spent several days trying to appeal to their customer service, hoping for basic fairness and common sense. Unfortunately, the company showed no willingness to help.A deeply frustrating experience that feels more like a money grab than an educational service. Stay away!

Be very careful if you use this service as they basically add a fraudulent charge of $5 per month for roadside assistance when you sign up for their course. **** did an audit on my account and found them charging me since 2022 for a service i did not sign up for. Best advice i can give is do not use Aceable ever! Avoid them and you wont get scammed. **** is being cool and refunding me 12 months. I wish i could give zero stars but the saddest part is they are accredited by the state of Texas to scam people.

BE AWARE OF FRADULENT CHARGES IN THE NAME OF ROADSIDE ASSISTANT Added a junk charge for roadside maintenance along with a driving course that my kid did. It's an obvious junk charge because they didn't take any details about my kid's driving license or car. They qr counting on teenagers not realizing that they would be charged a recurring amount.I have been paying $5 every month for last 5 years for Roadside Assistance. is htere a Zero star rating

Criminals that do not disvlose charges. And wont contct you if there 8s in issue with shipping. We saw the certificate said shipped but it never came so when we called we were told it never shipped due to missing zipcode. Then told it was $25 to expeditite so i agreed and then they charged an extra $10 for shipping another certificate but the 1st was never even shipped and I found out about the extra$10 by checking my account.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this company. I signed a refugee friend up for an online driving course with them, and they have continued to charge me $5 each month since last year. I've tried repeatedly to cancel this charge, and I dispute the charge every month on my CC. This is fraudulent! They tell me my account is cancelled, and then I get another $5 charge. Stay away from this company!!

Recently, I was told AceableAgent didn't file my post-licensing Real estate exam or course to the state of Georgia. I am a Real Estate Agent and I paid for my post-licensing course and successfully finished it. I passed the exam with 88% a year ago. I thought once I received my Real Estate license that I would get the ball going to finish all the state requirements. The problem that I have is that I paid my money for the course and when it came time to take the exam I showed my driver's license to the system; It went through and I received a ******* and finished the exam. I later found out that they never submitted my documentation to the **** (***************** Estate Commission) which failed me as a student and professional. Please be careful when using them and call to verify everything even if you finish a year early. They utilize a foreign entity to handle all customer service issues so there may be a language barrier and none of my concerns were addressed. They say my driver's license was flagged and they submitted a year ago asking for my driver's license. Keep in mind you can not sit down with a ******* online unless you show identification. If the system made a mistake call me, I am a customer and professional if you made a mistake then it is nothing for me to resubmit my driver's license. But to have them take my money and not submit my professional requirements is a tragedy for this institution that most professionals rely on for advancement.

Same as others. Signed up for a course for a child. Two years later, I found we've been charged $5 per month. 100% they snuck this charge in when we signed up for the course.

So frustrated!Kept seeing $5 charges on my account AFTER my daughter was finished with course. I would search my emails and could find nothing..no reason for the charges. Finally found a number to call and was told it was for roadside assistance that was given "Free" for a month and when I didn't cancel it I was getting charged $5 a month....this went on for 11 months!!!! I told them I thought it was a scam and they were totally fraudulent in charging the adult account and sending emails to the teens email (where it prob went to spam or was never checked). After much complaining they refunded my $30. Big deal! I told them I intended to report them to the BBB and tell everyone I knew they were scammers- I doubt it's the first time they've been told that. (and in reading the reviews, I was obviously right!)
