Lived in the **** **** property from around May of 2020 to August of 2021. We lived in unit 325 for a few months until there was a knocking pipe in the wall that made us move apartment units because management said they would not fix it. We got a move-out statement that I double checked and the balance was zero on it. In our new unit, there was another pipe in the wall (smaller one) and so they opened up the wall and of course did not patch it, they just screwed a plastic plate over it. We moved out of that unit around August to our new apartment complex. We paid our rent and final fees for the month. I never received a move out statement for this or notification that there were fees due. I can not even log into my account now as it has been expired. I received notification that my credit took a hit and alas, **** **** said there was an account submitted for collections and that it was a whopping balance of $125 originally, now $127. My credit score took a 50 point dip for this management company saying I owed money?? that I don't owe?? In fact, the property still owes us $220 for insurance fees they charged us while we already had apartment insurance. They said over 2 weeks ago that they dropped the check in the mail and my roomate has still not received. I would still like our refund. This is ridiculous.
