              I paid for a year. They were not in contact and did not send metrics. I reached out to see if they were even running adds as they were supposed to. On the phone I said I did not want to renew the following year. They auto renewed me anyway charging another year. I never received one call. I do not receive reports on clicks or activity from their adds.

              This company has a terrible customer service. They keep calling you until they get you sign up their programs. Then they assign you a customer rep for any communications moving forward. The assigned rep is your only way to talk to a human. Many times I called the rep, left a message but no response. Their website doesn't have a phone number. Once I filled out their contact form. The same rep called me. I explained what I needed. He said he would get back but never did. Left messages again but no luck. You cannot reach anybody else. Terrible customer service.
