    I have been trying to contact this property management for over a year now. We are a vendor that worked for them and have yet to receive payment. I have called, left voicemails and emailed numerous times and no one has gotten back to me. Its frustrating and ridiculous that we still have not gotten an answer regarding our payment for a service that has been competed a YEAR ago. We have been more than patient. I advise vendors to stay away from companies like these. Trust the negative reviews they have. Maybe by leaving my one star review they reach out. Regardless it has gotten to a point were legal action must be taken.

    I lived at a GVA Property Management residence from March 2022 to March 2023. During my time at the property it went through several hands, at the time of move out was GVA. Upon move out I was given a statement when returning keys saying I had a $0 balance. Now, over 1 year later I have a collections department claiming I owe an unpaid $110. Never was I notified of non-payment..but also still have the move out statement with a zero dollar balance. I have been trying to resolve this issue with GVA for 2 weeks now with now response to email, no answer of the phone when calling, and no call back when voicemails are being left. How do I contact someone to resolve this issue??

    My husband and I own a company that was a vendor for a property GVA was previously managing. We are still waiting on over 10k in payments and had been told they were 'working on it', but that due to the market payments would take a while. Now we're being told that the current property manager is responsible for paying the invoices. If the current property manager is responsible, why take my invoices and submit them for approval for months?

    I don't understand why this company cannot be professional. I signed a legal binding document and was to be PA severance are pale or whatever they verbage that it is an actuality, nobody will contact me. Nobody will be professional nobody is courteous as to why the payout didn't happen when it was supposed to while signing illegal by a document. I feel like I'm just being lied to a push under the door overlooked. And nobody's being professional or handling this in an ethical manner. And it's just hurting how the HR will not have any communication or courtesy or professionalism. To just let me know even though they said they would.So we so it would just be nice. Just 2 have professionalism and an ethical. Person to person to have a point of contact tso can somebody please let me know what's going on and how to get what is rightfully ***'s just so wrong to do These types of things

    Provided contract work for this company for over 5 months with zero payments, have been given the consistent runaround and am owed just over $57,000. Was initially told their staff inappropriately established us as a vendor and thus our invoices weren't being processed, after finally being set up we went an additional 3 months with still no payment. Working on lawsuit, mechanic's lien. Shady business, would not recommend doing service with them!

    I have been renting since 2021 and GVA Properties Management has been getting worse and worse every month, with new management hires getting worse and worse, bloating about being in charge of multiple rental properties, while they can't even stay on top of one property. They have no ethics and are not professional by any means. Their communication is terrible and they do not take proper notes when a tenant goes by the office. MOLD EVERYWHERE and nothing is being done to fix this. They take zero accountability and blame everything on tenants. Nothing but leeches. GVA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WILL NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR INCIDENTS HAPPENING IN THEIR OWN PROPERTY SUCH AS THEIR UNTRIMMED TREES FALLING ON YOUR VEHICLES. THAT'S HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS.

    Ive been renting since 2021 and Ive had multiple problems from things not getting fixed to my apartment getting broken in to , recently I resigned my lease(06/01/23) then 8 days later(06/9/23) I was told I would need to resign it because of a error on their part (which seems to happen often ) I never got the email because it was in my spam folder , July comes and I have a month to month fee of ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** which caught me off guard so now its a extra 100 dollars(250) I wasnt expecting and because lack of communication on their end Im being held responsible to pay something I knew nothing about and Im a single mother who cant afford that at the moment with school just starting

    One of worse property management companies today!! They still have old banned electrical panels in some units.
