      I am writing to formally express a concern regarding potential retaliation from my propertys manager, *******, following a recent corporate complaint.Earlier this year, in February, I was told to submit an email authorizing my brother to act on my behalf, as my work schedule sometimes prevents me from handling things during office hours. I followed instructions and sent the required email. Since then, my brother has regularly interacted with the front office including submitting work orders, attending events like the ********** party, and even being allowed to sign my lease paperwork without issue.Most recently, due to my work schedule, my brother contacted corporate on my behalf. Shortly afterward, ******* stated that he is now considered an unauthorized occupant and is no longer allowed to come into the office because he is not on the lease. This is confusing and concerning because:******* has known from the beginning that my brother is not on the lease.He has visited the front office multiple times (at least eight times in the last month) without any prior issue.He was permitted to submit work orders, attend events, and even sign ************ concerns were raised until after he contacted corporate.Ive asked for clarification on why his visits were acceptable before and are now being treated as a violation. I havent received a clear response. Instead, I now fear that this shift in behavior is retaliation form the corporate complaint and that I may receive further lease violations or even face eviction.I am requesting that this situation be reviewed. I would appreciate guidance on how to move forward and ensure that I am not being penalized for using the proper channels to express concerns.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

      I use to be employed by Clearpm and i have been trying to get in contact with someone at the corporate office in ****** and the ***************** but noone ever responds nor does anyone return my calls or emails.They have not paid me my money. I can say they don't pay anyone. I can go one but i will need to speak to someone before this gets bigger then what it needs to be. The lady ********* from payroll does not respond to my calls and emails. I get blocked on everything. So that being said can someone from payroll call me or look at your emails and listen to your voicemails.Thank you

      I currently live at **************************** in ****** ***** . This has to be the most poorly managed property Ive ever lived at. **************** and shonequia do nothing for the residents and know very little about the actual property they work on. The property has bad roaches but went months without pest control but still charged the residents , none of the management is ever on the same page , Ive been stopped more than once and offered drugs on the property , when the office closes theres loud music playing all night, neighbors may steal your packages or food deliveries , the washing machines dont work most of the time . And they even threatened to terminate my lease after rodents in the building chewed up my fiber and they refused to do anything about it even though I have zero lease violations they also just close the office for random periods of time when they do not like dealing with people and refused to give me information on how to actually speak to someone above them. Manager never leaves the offices just yells from her desk and never comes out to address anything .The people in the office themselves just do not care about the property or residents and if you asked the residents here they would agree

      We have a ***** infestation at ******* ********** ****** has done nothing. Theres eggs, roaches and ***** p*** around the apartment. They arent willing to waive a transfer nor break the lease. We tried over and over with them and they seem to not care one bit.

      I currently reside at one of their apartment complexs . Sunset canyon and have been discriminated against and singled out on multiple occasions. I have tried to reach the property multiple times due to the consistent discrimination from the office staff . Especially the office manager who lacks communication and leadership skills. . I received a call stating that I could not park in a specific part of the apartments and was informed to move or my car would be towed . No one else received these calls and its still the same multiple cars that continue to park in this location due to the lack of parking spaces for their residents. I then had an incident with a rat in my apartment. They told me I had to remove it myself. This apartment complex is not welcoming to children but welcoming to dogs and my children has also been discriminated against as I receive phone calls and warnings but no other parents receive these calls , until I bring it to their attention . Asking does this only apply to me cause no one else that I speak to are receiving these calls . My lease is not being renewed due to retaliation from the office staff because Im assertive and opinionated about them taking care of their residents properly .I have left messages about my previous incidents with the clear property managements and have yet to receive a call and its been months .

      Sunset Canyon has chosen to exercise our right to non-renew ****************** due to the numerous lease violations she has incurred during her residency. **************** has incurred 3 lease violations during her 2-year residency. These violations have been a direct violation of her signed TAA lease and have caused several residents to complain and ultimately move out. We have communicated both in writing and in person with ****************, however the issues remain unresolved.       I would give a 0 if possible. This company is impossible to get ahold of. Voice mail box is full and leasing office will not give number to manager in main office. I need to speak to someone there in regards to lots of issues I have been having with the apartment complex.

      If youve also made the unfortunate mistake of leasing with this company start saving every text, every conversation and every email. Watch your billing statements for fraudulent charges. Track every document and send everything via certified mail. Take photos of everything and every document. Ive experienced fraudulent charges, outright lies, code violations and harassment. This is not a reputable company. Look up your local law schools for free legal consultation and referral. Utilize community resources for tenant legal aid.

      *************************** 2 reviews 12 minutes ago NEW I live at Sunset Canyon since 2020 and never have had issue until now. I have always paid my rent on time and my work orders have always been completed promptly & a professional manner. I recently had a personal issue with my daughter which does not live with me but was with me temporarily until I had a judge to help me get her her admitted for professional help. I was wanting to transfer to a bigger 2/2 and office staff never would email me my documents so my other daughter and I went in person and spoke to office staff regarding lease renewal and we were told that property managers was not going to be until next Thursday due to budget. I finally called the office after 6 times and finally was able to reach the property manager because she answered the phone that is when property manager told me that she would not be transferring me due to several violations that have come across her desk. I have never received any sort of violations or notices at my door since Ive been there. I ask the property manager ********* that If we could please schedule a time for me to and speak and that I go into work at ****am and if we could schedule a time so I could go in to speak to her and she said there is nothing to discuss.Then on a Sunday late afternoon my other daughter received a ***************** which totally contradicts the voicemail and email received from property manager so my daughter and I went to office staff and were told property manager would not be in until the following Thursday due to budget. The property manager has never returned our calls or emails. My lease expired 8/14/22 and Im needing to renew my lease but no one returns my calls or emails. Again Ive never received to date any violation notices or notices of any kind. Honestly I love living at Sunset Canyon Apartments and do not want to move. ******** is awesome and so is ********* and all the maintenance staff. Corporate call me asap
