Company is continuing to fraudulently charge for services after they are no longer in business. My card was charged $239.88 on 5/16/26 (they closed in February ) for services they no longer render as they have closed. ********* ***** and his company are thieves and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Cancel your card/account you have associated with Save This Life. I have already filed police complaints. State of Texas will not do anything about it. I called to file a complaint and they brushed me off. I guess they like to harbor and protect thieves. *****, do your job and punish this criminal.Initial Complaint

This is a microchip company for animals. They shut down in 2024 without notifying anyone or their clients. The just charged me $600 on June29th. $299 and change for each animal ( I have 2 cats). There website pulls up but does not work. There is no access to their customer service and I cannot access my account to unlink my card. I've already filed a claim with my banking they are in the process of fixing it. I just want to prevent other people from getting fraudulent out of moneyInitial Complaint

This company shut down last year(officially shut down abruptly this year)and now they are trying to take money from our bank account. According to ********* 11 Feb 25, CBS 12 Feb 25, and MSN, but we were informed when we attempted to make a payment last year. They originally charged us $39.99 each for two micro chips in our dogs. Which was not a problem when they were open. We tried canceling the account when we tried to pay them last year. They are now charging us; through a recurring fee of $299.88 from our bank account. We would like to dispute this charge because the company has shut down. We have attempted to contact them via email and phone to resolve this charge but no one is responding. If you try calling them no one answers and if you try emailing them it wont send. They took $39.99 in May and $299.88 in July 2025 this year. We would like a refund for the two charges one in May($39.99) and one in July($299.88). For a total of $339.87. Someone is taking money from our account and the company has shut down. We would appreciate any assistance from you whenever possible. ***** ********Initial Complaint

My dog was registered with a microchip service provided by Save This Life, Inc. My regular annual subscription fee of $39.99 was paid on April 21, 2025, via ACH. However, on June 30, 2025, the company unexpectedly withdrew $299.98 from my account.I attempted to contact the company by phone, but the call rings and then disconnects. I also tried to access their website, but I keep receiving an error message stating the wait time is too long. When I emailed their support address ********************************* the message bounced back with an "address not found" error. After researching the company online, I discovered that they reportedly closed in February 2025. I also found out that my dogs microchip is no longer traceable, and I now need to work with another provider to get it re-registered.I have filed a dispute with my bank for the unauthorized charge and will be submitting complaints to both the Texas Attorney General and my home states Attorney General in ********.Initial Complaint

this company charged my debit card TWICE for $298.88 for a service I never signed up for, when I tried to reach out to them, the # is busy and the support line URL address link doesn't work. I have later learned this company went out of business. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank, I'm just hoping to get my money back! In this day in age that's a lot of money!Initial Complaint

I have received 4 different charges charges on my credit card from Save this Life. The company has gone out of business and I cannot contact them. emails are unanswered and the phones are disconnected. The first two charges were on 4/18 for ***** and I disputed the charges with the bank and was refunded. Today I received an email the two charges were processed for ****** each. I have to wait for the processing to complete before I can dispute these charges. There is no way for me to contact the company to stop these fraudulent charges. I would like to remove my card from their database and have the money refunded.Initial Complaint

Hello,I have been using this company since 2022 and I have always been charged $39.99 in April.I got a notification on April 18th that I would be charged by this company on April 25th. No notification of a change in price or that the company was no longer in business. As the charge is only $40, I did not notice that it wasn't charged on 4/25/2025. I got a notification on 6/24/2025 that my account was overdraft and the charge that caused it was from Save this life for $299.88. I thought they made a. mistake so I tried to log into my online account, which did not work. I attempted to call their support line, which is disconnected. I tried to email them and it bounced. I ******* another number for the company where I found out that they are no longer in business. I called my vet office and they knew that the company was no longer in business and they gave me information for a different provider. I got the receipt from Save this life which includes a link to their customer portal and they give you a one time log in to make changes. There was no way for me to remove my payment information or make changes to my account from that link either. Due to the fact I was not able to get ahold of the company via any of the means they provide on their website and that they are no longer in business, I disputed the charge with my bank. The bank then rejected my dispute because the "company" came back saying I agreed to pay the charge. I do not think this is right and I believe that they should be investigated as they are not doing business, not providing a service, and they are not providing any means to cancel my subscription while charging almost 650% more with absolutely no notification.Initial Complaint

Company Save This Life ceased all operatio ns abruptly. They do not offer any service. They are charging my credit card for $299.88 for a yearly subscription that provides no service. Previously subscription was $39.99. I never authorized the increase and since it is out of business and can't provide service this seems like fraud. I called their phone number on my credit card statement and the number is no.longer in service. I transferred my pets to a new service when they closed. I am following up with my credit card company with a dispute. I can't remove my card or cancel my subscription on their website.Initial Complaint

According to the news, this business shut down abruptly in February. It had charged me an annual service fee of $39.99 about a couple of months before shutdown, which was shady enough. I reached out to confirm whether or not it was still in business and whether or not I should be getting a refund. I never heard back. Today, 06/26/2025, it attempted to charge me $299.88. The company no longer exists. Period. On top of that, my annual fee was originally $39.99 and NOT $299.88. And if the company were in business as usual, my annual fee is due around November and NOT June. This is BEYOND shady.Initial Complaint

Save This Life went out of business earlier this year (Approx Feb 2025). They charged me in March of 2025 and now again ($299+) in June 2025. They should not be allowed to do this. There is no way to cancel my subscription.
