      I received this email and I believe its fraudulent. There is no way to contact this company. When i ****** the only number they have is not working. I do not believe this is legit/ accurate/ true. I never took a loan from this company.       I received a fraudulent demand from an individual claiming to be ******************************, from an email address listed under a "*************************", supposedly representing ******* Law Firm LLC, alleging I owed an outstanding debt of $1,210 to Cash Advance USA. The communication threatened severe legal actions and significant consequences if I did not settle the debt within five hours. The email listed extreme measures such as wage garnishment and legal suits demanding up to $1,745.75 excluding attorney fees.I understand that this MAY not be sanctioned under the company, however, this person has used the company's platform to levy these accusations, which has also happened to me before under the guise of "Ace Cash Express".This is not the first occurrence of such fraudulent activity directed at me. A similar claim was previously made and was definitively proven to be unfounded and fraudulent. Despite this, the same type of fraudulent demand has been issued again, continuing the deceptive practices.I have documented and reported previous instances to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the ************************************ (CFPB), highlighting the fraudulent nature of these claims. In response to this ongoing issue, I have taken additional steps, including recording the ** address associated with the fraudulent emails, to aid in further complaints to regulatory authorities.The threats issued in the communication violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by making false or misleading representations and employing unfair practices in the attempt to collect a debt. I am requesting immediate cessation of all fraudulent claims and deceptive communications against me, failing which I will escalate the matter further to legal and regulatory bodies.       I was contacted by a lawyer for cash advance USA . Saying I'm in a default of a $4,867.00 loan that I never took out or applied for this is like the 5 th email I have gotten from them stating if I don't pay it I will be charged with theft by deception & a slew of other charges this always happens around the holidays but reading comments i see other have the same problem with them. This is a scam to a total degree of scams

      I have received two emails from two different people claiming that they work with a law firm that represents cash advances ***. GRANTED THEY WON'T TELL ME WHAT LAW FIRM THEY WORK FOR JUST THAT THEY REPRESENT THIS COMPANY. They say I took out of payday loan for $400, they won't give me any details just that if I don't provide them with paying it plus interest then they're going to take legal action. Everything I've found says this is a scam. I'd watch out for any emails from this address: legallonerecovery23

      They are harassing me to pay off some loan I personally never received or filed for and I would like to do something about them before they charge my account that I did not give them permission to get into and I would love to see where they are getting their information on me and stop this from happening to anyone else

      I received this email from a company that I do not know. It is from CASH ADVANCE USA I have never taken a loan out with them and they claim I owe. This is a suspicious email and Im afraid. This person behind this needs to be tracked down. I called the number and the call disconnected.

      I received an email saying I had a delinquent account with them and if not paid today they are going to file court case. I have never had a loan with this company before. REQUESTED AGREEMENT TO SHOW I HAVE THIS LOAN AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED.

      I recieved an email from this company stating they were going to turn the collection over to legal for an outstanding loan. Never had a loan with this company. Never have been contacted before by this company, Never provided any details regarding this supposed loan before. Asked for them to provide me with all the details and they said no. Thinking this si some sort of scam or something.
