We provide a disclaimer with every service and review our disclaimer with all our clients at the time of the service request.  If an order is cancelled prior to any services being rendered a full refund is provided to our clients.  If a service is cancelled while in process, any fees incurred while attempting to complete the service are credited toward a refund.  Refund of government fees are dependent on the foreign government policy for visas.  Some foreign governments do not refund their government fees if an order is already in process while in their possession.
