I reached out to nood for a refund. They sent me a return authorization. Using the happy returns program. I returned the product through happy returns at a *** store. I received confirmation of the return through happy returns. The physical return was on June 1, 2025. I never received my refund. I emailed nood at ******************************** and they responded saying to send them my ****** info and they would refund it that way. I sent them my info on 6/8/25. I still have not been refunded and they have not responded to several other emails I have sent.Initial Complaint

A purchase was made in 2024 with a ************************************************************************* July 2024 which was within the 90 day period, I attempted to contact this company as the product did not work as advertised and I wanted a refund for the purchase. I used the companies online submission form, and when I did not hear back, I reached out again requesting an update through their form. This was not resolved and as the company did not make any attempts to reach out to me or refund the purchase, I contacted my credit card company (*************************)so that the transaction could be disputed in an attempt to get a response from the company. The company has continued to reject the dispute with no additional information or attempts to resolve this issue with me directly. At this time, I am asking that the company accept the dispute, refund the charge, and if necessary allow me to return this product. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service this company has provided, and I find it abhorrent that the company can continue to neglect this issue despite multiple attempts on my behalf of resolving this issue.Initial Complaint

I purchased Nood's "The Flasher 2.0" on Wednesday, 2/26/25. The device arrived with no issues. I followed the instructions precisely and saw no results. I contacted them to return my device on 4/13/25 and was provided instructions to return my device for a refund, minus a restocking fee (which was properly advertised and understood by me.) I returned my device on 5/3/25, and received confirmation my refund was approved and that it would be returned within 5-7 business days. It never arrived. When I reached back out to inquire, I was told there was "an issue sending your refund," and to please provide my ****** username and be sent my refund within 5 business days (5/15/25.) I never received my refund, and follow up emails have gone unanswered.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction:3/21/25 Amount Paid:$380.41 Never received product. Never received refund. Business has not resolved the problem and has ceased communication with me. I have emails and ******** messages stating I would receive my refund, but I never did. I paid using Affirm. Was told by Nood they couldnt refund my affirm, they would send it through ******. I purchased a product from Nood which is a company that sells hair removal devices. The product was dangerous to use at the highest setting, and the company claimed that the product needed to be used for 6 months to see results. I used the product for 6 months and it was entirely ineffective - I saw no improvement in hair growth despite using it at the highest setting that my skin could safely tolerate. After the advised 6 months of use, and seeing no improvement, I contacted the company to explain that the product was ineffective and I was requesting a refund or return under the premise that the product did not work as advertised. There response was that I had passed the 90 day return window (even though they claim it takes 6 months to see results), and there recommended solution was to use the device on the highest setting - which would be dangerous and cause damage to my skin and body. I'm flagging that this company's business practices are fraudulent and seem to be a scam - they are selling an ineffective product (as evidenced by their extremely low reviews and customer satisfaction ratings) that is potentially dangerous and advising to use it in a way that is inconsistent with the safety guidelines outlined in their product manual.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a Nood Flasher Pro on 4/30. The website states clearly that orders are processed within 24 hours. I visited the website several times before making the purchase and it always said that. As of 5/5 I had not received any shipping information, so I reached out to the company. Purchased the new nood flasher pro for ****** on 2/21/25. The website did not mention it was on backorder. It actually stated there was 1K + available when I ordered. I then had to email 3 times and finally reach out on ******** messenger to get a response. Last time 2/28/25, response 3/2/25 that they are backorder. Now, I then chose to wait, but then asked for a refund, 4/11/25, and was canceled 4/13/25. 16 days later I have no receipt and email confirmation of refund or any refund back onto my credit card. When asked originally they said it was refunded. Then 4/29/25 they said they were working on processing it. I do not think they have or know when they will. The estimated time was 3-5 days for my refund. Minus a restocking fee of ***** when they never even had it in stock. And online it's a ***** restocking fee.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Nood Flasher Pro online with a 3-6 day shipping window. I received an email from Nood shortly after saying that the item was out of stock and giving me alternative options (including for a refund). After several follow *** to this email, and despite promising a reply within 24 hours, i have heard nothing for a week despite them charging my card $385.13. Hello, I purchased a hair removal product from ************************ for my daughter. Everything went fine with the purchase. However after 90 days, on 2/24/25 I received a charge on my card for $40.86 followed by a shipment notification from ************************ for hair removal serum. I quickly replied back to the shipment email letting them know I did not want this serum, I never placed the order for it. I sent this order on 2/24/25. I then logged on to their site and saw I was signed up for a subscription. I cancelled the subscription. I then received an email from nood that a return was initiated for my item. I then replied asking if the refund would be a full refund. I received a reply that yes it would be a full refund. I then received the serum in a package. I went to nood's website to initiate the refund, when I initiated it, it is only offering me a refund of $2.91 after all the fees. Even though I have their email which said a full refund would be issued, they are only giving me a refund of 2.91. I have not yet shipped the item back, with help from bbb, I'd like to ship the item back in its' original package however I'd like nood to honor their word of the full refund.
