Simply put, this was an absolutely perfect experience in every way possible; the pricing was extremely competitive, the pickup occurred during the given time window, the fragile hardtop was strapped securely in the cargo van and the delivery was on the day and time promised! The dispatcher was professional and accommodating and made himself available for questions/updates throughout the process. Charged for services I did not receive. Charged inflated shipping charges despite nothing materially different from what I already disclosed. BOL and shipping coordination reviewed and edited with the uShip team during the quoting process. uShip failed to provide any evidence of a thorough investigation despite repeated requests. **** *****, customer service LTL Operations no help whatsoever and proceeded to waste my time and did nothing to rectify the situation.

Excellent company to help with your large items you need shipped from state to another state. If you have problems, their customer service is very helpful and walks you through the process of shipping, plus working with the shippers who list on their website. You won't be disappointed. They handle payments for shipping, the shippers you can choose from, and protected deliveries and payments.
