  I am a loyal customer- elite rewards status (over $300 this year) and roughly 1k overall. They claim their carrier lost my order and would ship a replacement. I have not received on update, a replacement order or any communication back from customer service and it has been weeks. I resorted to mass commenting on their social media and they said someone would get in touch, but never did. I am so disappointed, but this company lost a loyal customer. This is absolutely ridiculous way to treat any customer that they resort to leaving ******************** reviews and disputing a charge with my credit card. Something needs to be done about this company.

  They blamed a shipping carrier for losing my order, but it was never even shipped out. Have gotten the run around for a month now. No refund. They just keep telling me to wait. I'll never order from them again. Will probably have to make a claim with my ********** to get my money back. What a dysfunctional company.

  if only **** actually cared about customer support. my order was misplaced weeks ago and i have no clue when/if it will ever come through. waste of $60 for nails ill never get.

  I returned $43 worth of product 6 weeks ago with no credit received! At this point Static Nails has stolen from me, They are unethical, fraudulent, and have crappy products. I returned the items because they were complete garbage. Static Nails should be shut down for stealing and lying!!

  I have used Static lacquers and their non-toxic polish remover. I love the polish. I use Static primer and top coat. The polish does not chip. I wear it for about a week and a half. The edges wear down a bit (I have filed them down a few times, but usually don't bother.) People often think that I get gel manicures. I keep my nails polished and my nails rarely break anymore, which is amazing. The top coat dries quickly and is super shiny. Here are the problems with Static: 1. The remover requires a LOT of elbow grease to work on their lacquer. I have tried twice to post a 4-star review of it on their site, but they will only publish 5-star reviews. They should have thousands of reviews at this point, but there are literally 25, including one from a customer who gave it 5 stars just to get it published, but if you read it, she is NOT happy.2. My nails now peel a bit after removing polish. Annoying, but I'm mostly okay with this since my nails don't seem to break anymore, which is what matters to me.3. Terrible customer service. I've sent in questions twice about their products and have never gotten a response. They send me "valued customer" coupons so that I can purchase more of their products, but they don't value me enough to respond to an email. 4. Their top coat gets stringy once it gets down to 1/3 to 1/4 of the bottle. It's basically useless after that. They should sell a thinner for it so that you can get use out of the entire bottle that you paid $16 for. I've asked them about making a thinner, but see #3 above. If I can't use the last 1/4 of the top coat, then I'm throwing away $4 every time I buy a bottle. That stinks.5. In reading online independent review sites, Static officially responds only to prove their point, never to apologize or admit to a mistake.Overall: I will keep buying Static lacquers because it lasts long for me without chipping. But they really, REALLY need some customer service help.

  The company boasts a product that in reality does not work. Their pop on nails are a terrible product. The glueing process is messy and time consuming. The nails pop off in a couple of days ( not weeks as they claim) and do damage to your nails by taking off the top layers. The enamel chips within a couple of days and they break easily. They are very expensive. **************** is less than helpful and have a no refund policy. The best they will do is a credit for more of their bad products. They screen their reviews and only have glowing reviews on their sites. You have to come here and other places to learn the truth about this company and their awful products. I purchased their glass lacquer polish that started chipping within hours. Buyer beware with this company.

  **************** is the worst. They keep emailing you saying someone will get back to you to fix the problem and they never do. Best off not to order from this company. I received a damaged product and no one will get back to me to fix the issue. Not sure how the nails are as it's a gift but I know I'll never order from them again if they don't fix this issue.

  False advertisement, for sure. The drugstore brand, KISS, has better ***************** and nails. Static nails will not even laugh more than 2 to 4 hours at a time. Even while driving with my hands on the steering wheel, I watched as my nails slowly loosened and flew off with every turn. Do not waste your money. These are twice the price of the drugstore brands, and like I said you will get better quality at Target.

  This company is horrible in every way. Not only is the product complete garbage, their customer service and order fulfillment is terrible. I had multiple problems with my order and my payment which Static Nails never resolved. Ultimately, I had to resolve it through PayPal because the Static Nails customer service completely ghosted me and stopped responding to my emails and there is no other way to contact them. On top of my terrible experience, the product is terrible. After only four days of wear, the paint was chipping off of the nails, one of my nails had completely split down the middle, and I had had at least four nails pop off completely. Pretty disappointing for a company that claims up to 18 days of wear and that the nails are reusable. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

  Terrible customer service that ignores you and lies to you. I used to buy so much from them and never again. I went a month trying to get a refund or a replacement and nothing. Do not buy from them
