    To whom it may concern:SKU - Dtown0029 ASIN - B09XS7B9C4 CONDITION - NEW I have made an attempt to purchase the album "Hook"/ Hook vs. Pan, on two separate occasions, from two separate vendors, with A&K Services of ******* being the second of two attempts that have been received completely defective, yet sealed! First one arrived multi colored and was severely warped with defective bump on side two causing the album to skip and make a loud thumps all the way through song 2. Second attempt with purchase, number stated above, and also stated vendor, arrived all black vinyl, has snap, cracking, and popping going through various parts of the albums with various sides also warped and wobbly with vinyl. How in the world can one receive a GOOD copy of this album, "Pan vs. Hook" without having to keep sending them back, due to being completely defective in the end? Getting very time consuming receiving these damaged and defective albums and having to send back at the expense of my precious time being wasted to, yet, again receiving another defective album. Also says these are supposed to be limited edition but yet states this nowhere on the album or cover? do you recognize A&K services being legit business, who sells your albums on Amazon?Not sure what's going on here, but I cannot seem to get a decent copy of this for the life of me with this particular vendor Mondo Record labels,. I'm beginning to think there is no way to get a clean copy of this album or many of their albums - the same thing happened with "Home Alone" when ordering, as they appear to ALL be defective. Is this the quality the Mondo name likes to be known for? I'm a long time serious collector, and I believe I need to avoid your record labels like the plague. No quality here and would like something to be done here in Good Faith! So tired of ordering defunct items online!

    This customer purchased a record off a 3rd party site. We have no way of verifying if this was indeed a product we issued for wholesale. They claim they purchased this off Amazon. We have no record of these type of purchases nor did we collect any funds from this customer. They have not reached out to our customer service team to help address the issue they're having with that particular title or any purchase.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Please read carefully this time  - this was order number ID *******************.  This company purchased from, named [A&K Services LLC]. His name is ***** and he sure seems to know YOU! This is a licensed vendor to sell YOUR albums on amazon.  it seems Every time I try Mondo authorized 3rd part albums, no matter where I purchase them from the pressing is very poor quality and um just tired of sending your bad quality assurance vinyls back to various vendors that are in fact authorized to sell your albums and always finding defects and heavily warped albums showing up ton then door, 

    Two SEALED orders from he same vendor were both so warped/wobbly and defective they were completely unplayable - Order# 111-8094956-3728259 order number #2 Order# 111-6254820-4028200.

    owners name is ***** and he, himself was just as frustrated appalled when brought to his attention.

    From all these defective albums MONDO continues to sell without absolutely any Quality Assurance. I tried ordering Home alone back grind there Christmas 2023 and it became impossible to find a NEW SEALED copy that didn't have some kind of Blemish and/or warping going on with them, so I just gave up.  

    The point i'm trying to drive home here with amazon and the two sellers at Amazon as my witness who run record companies, is that the vinyl pressing you're selling are 9/10 absolute garbage with absolutely no quality.  These records are clearly being sold in "BAD FAITH" with what I've seen after opening these records.  you can say what you want a bout 3rd party, this and that, but YOU are the one producing and making these records and they are just awful more than half the time.  I've seen better quality on a 50 year album and I've *** at this awhile. if you're going yo do something right at least put your heart into to what you do while making these e and may them RIGHT! opposed to what I've been being show up at my doorstep. not trying to be mean or rude here, bu when people spend hard earned money on these expensive albums we expect better quality than what your trying to dish out for these prices 

    From all the albums and the conditions I've seen then show to my door in, i'm surprised that YOUR even surprised someone finally turned you into the BBB for the this poor quality your trying to sell for TOP dollar. This isn't Right and not Fair to people who are spending their hard earned money on YOUR Record Label. Why does it matter where and/or what vendor they are coming from, you are responsibly(it has your record label on it) for the quality assurance and from what i'm seen from the last five records tried to purchase under this label, you're doing a really poor job at this. Are you even looking at the records from imperfections after you press then or just quickly packaging them and shipping them out, from what it Looks like! Just trying to help you maybe take a little more pride, quality and respect into what your selling, so i'm not having to waste my time constantly sending these back..!. 

    Very disappointed in this poor quality vinyl pressing and u know you're capable of doing a better job than what you are if actually cared. you only have your self to blame for this very poor quality, not me for buying them from 3rd or or 3rd parties for selling them on **** and amazon all day/night. Take ownership of this and be accountable for these less than par albums you're producing, customers would be much happier and not have to waste their time writing this kind of letter with the BBB. I love your concept and potential your product, but I'm just very disappointed when I wait all excited to receive something you've made my *********************** etc... but to be so sad a d let down upon opening and finding it so incredibly warped with various bumps, lumps, skips, crackles and pops all through the record.  Especially the highly sought after ones,              

    I know you're capable of doing better than this if you'd only just put a little more heart care into it. I hope this finds you well.  to trying to cause trouble out any harm just trying to help  business like your that could be doing so much ***** if it just took the time to to kea sure the quality of the albums were up to snuff by just taking the time to do things Right!

    Thanks for the feedback. ********** this type of feedback always. We cannot offer any refund as the order was not purchased from our site, so there are no funds to provide.

    To whom it may or May NOT concern, considering the very unacceptable responses I've received to this complaint:

    This is not about a refund but want to bring to your attention the shoddy quality of your products. I have had to deal with a lot of frustration regarding the consistently poor quality of albums I have been receiving from the Mondo label dealers.

    Numerous albums have been arriving warped, wobbly, with protrusions, scratches, and various other quality problems, despite being sold as brand new and sealed. One would expect that albums bearing the Mondo label would undergo rigorous quality control measures before being released to the market. However, it seems that this is not the case.

    It is baffling to comprehend how albums can leave your facility in such a state without any semblance of quality assurance. Even ***** from A&K Services LLC, has reached his breaking point and was going to reach out to you directly. I can only imagine his frustration, as well as mine, with the lack of accountability and professionalism exhibited by your organization.

    Perhaps it is time for your quality department to take a long, hard look at their practices and procedures. It appears that there are significant shortcomings in the processes that govern the production and distribution of these albums, leading to the proliferation of subpar products in the market. Even my old records which are over 50 years old are in much better than shape than these brand new fresh sealed records made by your company. You should be ashamed of yourself for quickly dismissing me with a refund I never asked for and minimizing as if it is my fault for bringing it to your attention for this kind of poor quality.

    I could probably make a better quality vinyl pressing, blind folded, compared to the albums pressing I've seen arriving at my doorstep, and ONLY being able to sell these, most likely, by baiting music lovers like myself by using popular albums, movies and producers.  I don't wants ANY refunds from you as aforementioned, and I most certainly don't want anymore of these scratch pad frisbee unplayable albums sent to my door.  I'll be sure to spread to word as I work within the music industry! I was trying to help you to improve your products but you care even less than what I anticipated. You care even less about the workmanship.
