    I had a friend order two shirts for me because I was out of town and wanted to have the shirts in my possession when I got home. Two months went by when I picked up my shirt from my friend. When I opened the package I noticed one of the shirts had a split in the seam. Packed it up sent it back to the merchant and explaining in detail that there is clearly a defect in the shirt and want to exchange it for the same shirt but one that wasn't damaged. I've sent numerous emails being very polite and explaining that I would like a replacement a refund or if I'm s*** out of luck. This is not the first time I had a problem with this company but I like the shirt so much that I put the bad taste in my mouth aside. I have yet to hear back from the merchant it has been at least a month and a half. The money was already sent and received by him, I think I am entitled to a replacement shirt and or a refund. There have been numerous complaints against this merchant for the same situation that I am in shame on me for trying to continue to do business with this person considering the first time was a problem as well. I just want a shirt or a refund.

    I ordered 2 shirts on June 8th . I have tried to contact them several times and get no response. The phone number in the web site is not a working number . And 2 different emails do not work. I have repeated tried to contact them through toe one email I assume is working and no response.

    I placed an order with BC limited on 5/14/25. It said to track through *******. I did. It says package was delivered, but it was not delivered. Ive emailed BC Limited with no response, Ive tried calling, their number just goes to a voicemail. I am requesting either my money back or completion if the order.

    Order submitted 6 May. Paid $35.67 for a shirt. BCLimited charged my card and advised it could take up to 30 days to ship. After 30 days I sent three emails over a couple week period requesting status at first but received no reply. After my third email without a response, I requested order cancellation and refund. After no response to that, I submitted a dispute to my credit card company.

    Ordered a 2 shirts and a flannel shirt on January 28th. I have followed up 3 times on this with no response from the business.* march 4th - initial response seeking update on order * March 7th - shipping notification from merchant * March 24th - items still haven't shipped, so emailed merchant again * April 2nd - emailed a final time asking for status of delivery At this point after 3 attempts to get delivery of the products with no response, i officially give up.

    I ordered 2 shirts on February 15th only received confirmation email for order, its now March 23rd and have received no response or product or proof of anything other than they took my money. I have sent 2 emails with no response whatsoever.

    Placed order March 4 and its March 12th with no response from business to several attempts. The premium price the company charges should come with at least normal turnaround time to fill the order (max 3 business days). Want a refund and they can keep their T-shirts.

    Placed an order on January 19th for almost $140. Zero status updates until February 9th when the shipment was supposed to have been shipped. Tracking does not work, two emails sent with zero response. Would like a full refund.

However Im still waiting for the two t-shirts I ordered a month ago. Ive already been charged and multiple attempts to contact you with no replyA few minutes later my comment disappears and I get an automated email that my order has shipped. However, only one shirt of the two I ordered was shipped. I looked on the Shop app and one shirt was apparently refunded; its no longer on their website.Emailed customer service on 7 Feb asking about the refunded t-shirt and about my refund, no reply, only an automated refund email 8 Feb automated email with my order, only one t-shirt, is shipped 12 Feb email that the order has been delivered. I opened the package and it was the wrong t-shirt.12 Feb after finding out that the incorrect t-shirt was shipped I emailed customer service about it. Waiting for a reply.I recently received my order, but unfortunately, the items I received were not what I ordered. I was refunded for the "not my circus, not my monkeys" shirt, which I appreciate. However, I also ordered the "hell is empty" shirt, but received the "trouble" t-shirt instead.Since the shirt I received is not what I ordered, I kindly request a full refund for my original purchase.Please send me a return label so I can send the incorrect shirt back to you. I would like to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

    First, I loved this brand for what it stands for and I have ordered from this company several times with no real issues. I have many service men in my family and love to support small businesses. I placed my last order on October 8th, 2024, it is now December 4th, 2024 and still no merchandise. I have reached out by email numerous times. I did get one response about them having trouble fulfilling my order due to wear house issues. November 6th a label with tracking # was created and then it gave a second tracking number both said the package has not yet made it from the company to the distribution center. I gave it a few weeks and now no response to emails sent. Also when I put in tracking numbers now they don't exist according to ***. I am very disappointed because these items were for my husband and he absolutely loves this brand. Its hard for him to find shirts that fit his 6'4 muscular frame. Ultimately I would love to have my order delivered but if that's not possible I'll just take my refund of $173.48.Thank you.
