    I wish I could give ZERO stars! This is a total SCAM! They did nothing to help our credit after taking our money for 8 months and they make it so difficult to cancel the service! Awful experience!

    The only thing they did was open a money account with another company. They did not advise on credit like claimed or help look through my credit and get things taken down. They did nothing. Sense ending my account theyve been calling and reaching out non stop every day. This business deserves ZERO stars.

    This company is predatory. They did not perform the work they said they were going to. They did not forward my photo id and proof of address to the credit bureaus and as a result all of their "efforts" were rejected by ***********. This is the only time I've seen that happen and I've used at least 4 different credit repair services. Also I paid up front and provided feedback every month about how their "work" was being rejected and they did nothing to remediate. Then after I cancelled they continued to try to bill me. Now they are threatening me with collections. Predatory scammer

    such a scam four months no change in report . want to cancel but four months can not get in to my say lock. have email them no answer back .I'm going Bank and have the bank block them from take any more money out of my account I'll tell the bank it a scam .It a scam do not give them yor bank card. this is not worth one star

    This place is such a scam. They debited my account for $129 even when I told them I was not ready for their assistance. They debited my account again for $129 even when I asked them to debit it later. They did nothing to my credit. I should have stayed with ********* Credit because they actually work. Then they want you to pay them for settling credit card debt. Scammers!

    Hello,

    I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our company. We hope to correct this situation with you and hope we can connect soon. 

    You signed up on June 16th and signed our client agreement the same day agreeing to our services and billing process so we thought you had an understanding of how the billing works. We have attempted to reach out to you several times throughout the time that you were enrolled in our services to better explain however we have been unsuccessful. We attempted to reach out on June 19th and were unable to connect with you for your introduction call to answer any additional questions you may have had; we reached out to via phone call and also left you a voicemail and sent you an email.

    On July 17th, you sent in an SMS to our office that you did not want to move forward with the program. You spoke with one of our representatives that same day and agreed to continue services as well as expressed your understanding of the program and billing processes. You received an email confirmation after the call to verify we were on the same page regarding your wish to continue. We will attach this email.

    We did receive another cancellation request from you on July 31st and have been unable to connect with you regarding the request however are happy too discuss the final payment on your account if you are willing to communicate with us. 

    We hope to work this out with you soon and look forward to connecting soon.

    *********************** is awesome, gonna give it a few more months cause my score has only went up 2 points in a year!!! But ***************** and I formed a plan today I'm satisfied with so we will see what happens

    The agreement for payment made on the phone was different than the pricing in the contract they sent me. The worker said that he would provide a military discount on the almost $300 starting cost. That starting cost was NOT included in the contract. When I pointed this out and clearly told them that I needed to postpone the conversation until Monday so they could speak with my wife, they threatened me saying I wouldn't like the pricing. I clearly stated I have autism and adhd and was already dealing with overwhelming stress as the reason I needed to wait. I refused to sign the contract outright at this point. This screams dishonest business. This screams scam.
