      I bought this 2020 Lincoln Corsair 4 months ago. With it I purchased a 6 year ******* mile warranty. I have called 4, maybe five times to repair this radio that has no audio. At times my screen goes out also. Sometimes its lit up sometimes not. They never attempted to call me back. I decided to visit them at the dealership. They took my VIN number and told me they would be getting in touch with me. That was 3 weeks ago. I have never experienced anything like this in my 63 years of living. I have owned *********** Jaguar and they never acted like this. I know that COVID has had a dramatic affect on ALL businesses, much more then most know, but calling or emailing communication can not be that difficult . I am patient and reasonable, but they are really pushing it. My name is *********************. Any help you bring will b greatly appreciated.

      This has been the worst service ever. We ordered a brand new SUV and had issues with people telling ** false information and not taking care of the issues with the car. And then promising to take care of it and never getting a phone call back. We have been without our vehicle for 2+ months now just because they can't fix the problem. Then they tell us the car is ready for pickup and when we go to pick it up it has more.wromg with it then it did when we brought it it originally. I have talked to several people including the customer relations manager and they have nothing but lies to tell you.

      Worst experience I've ever had paying someone to fix something. My Focus's dashboard stopped working, so I drove it to Covert, where I gave it to a service rep, who drove it away and parked it.They told me they couldn't look into the dashboard, because one of the cables to the 12-V battery had a bolt that was missing. They told me that **** rules don't allow them to replace only the bolt; they have to replace the entire battery cable system, which is $350 in parts and labor. I just bought the bolt at ********** for $7 and replaced it myself. Next they told me they hadn't fixed the dashboard, but would I like them to look into why the brake lights were always on, all the time, even when the car was turned off? I pointed out that that hadn't been the case when I gave them the car, and they said they'd try to fix it. Next they told me that they couldn't fix the dashboard, but they'd like hundreds of dollars in labor for trying, and more for fixing the brake lights that they broke. I refused to pay for the brake light work, and a manager backed down.Then, when I went to collect the car to try somewhere else, they revealed that it couldn't be driven and would need to be towed away. I asked them when that had happened, and they acted surprised and said that the car had always been broken and unable to drive the entire time they'd had it---even though I drove the car onto their lot. When I complained to a manager, he insisted that "the notes" said the car had always been undriveable. But, he offered to try to fix it so that it could drive again for $1500 in diagnostics, plus whatever it would cost to actually fix it.A week later, they told me that the part they needed to fix the car is no longer sold for ****, no longer made by its original manufacturer, and not available on the secondary market, so they just can't fix the car, and it will never drive again. I finally had to just sell the car to scrappers to try to get what value I could back out of it.

      I purchased a used car from them. Worse experience ever. The car never worked starting from purchase date. They lied to me saying they would fix the car after they supposedly already fixed only for it to brake down on me not even 2 days later of them saying nothing was wrong with the car. I got the run around and finally breaks completely down on me would not start again , they promised to fix the car or get me in another. For me to be stuck with a car that doesnt run with extremely high interest rate I was told in the beginning to refinance by the salesman woman. Said I was paying too much after paperwork was ************** when I found out. I wasnt even gonna be able to drive its that day because the oil needed changing.well they wind up sending it to keep cause it wouldnt start I wasnt told any of this until after they had the car for a week stalling me out giving me the run around. This is the worst dealership Ive been to ever. I wouldnt even recommend this dealership to an enemy if I had one.

      Who I am and what I’ve done for this company is beyond past the situation I’ve felt today . As a Single mother of 3 I have never felt so powerless as a woman ! I worked hard for Kenny for years and enjoyed it (kinda he never showed his face or cared to speak to us Minons much ) The company Kenny Covert has decided to keep takes advantage of women and thus far has won. My vehicle was sent to the service department with good intentions to spend money with the company that I spent years with but unfortunately instead when they decided to change my tire they left my door open and took that off. My door is still not repaired unfortunately because of the man who took advantage of me when I worked for Kinney covert. I spoke out about what had happened to me as a woman and found out it happened to three others at completely different times. Today I was asked to never come back to his dealership or Property anymore because he would like to protect someone who takes advantage of women more than actually caring about a hard-working woman that was willing to spend money and has. I spent $300 with no complaint in a blink of an eye to get told to leave. I’ll tell all of my women friends to never spend money with this company again because of this. All women need to know that this is not OK. I have done nothing wrong and my vehicle still was not fixed ! Tire sensors still on as well as my door completely ruined! My kids and I are unsafe and a woman abusing man gets to take advantage of another I bet and use his status with Kenny to protect his employment !

      Im a first time buyer and bought a 2021 Bronco. Everyone was super friendly until I made my first payment and saw I owed about $8,000 more then what was showed to me. I reviewed the contract and they NEVER went over key replacement or the theft charge. On the key contract it showed they gave me two keys which they did not. I work in the auto industry and this is unethical. You have to show all itemized fees on the contract. When I went into the office to voice my concerns I was told they NEVER go over key or theft and showed me a sheet that I never saw and the theft charge was $399 they charged me over $1300 for it. I was also told that I was getting a VSC for $2100 and they marked it up to $4,200. They give you a copy of the contract on a FLASH DRIVE so you cannot see it until you get home and the deal is done. Im highly disappointed that dealerships still do business this way. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

      Never do business here!! We were trying to buy a vehicle from them and were located out of state. I told them to send me pictures and videos of the vehicle and show me any imperfections. Also wanted them to be honest and upfront with any issues the vehicle may have. They assured me it was a great vehicle and took pictures of the car and everything looked good. After a 9 1/2-hour drive, we showed up to the dealership and the car was awful!! It had scratches everywhere (which they took pictures in the perfect lighting so you couldn't see them) also the sunroof was broken which they forgot to mention. the interior chrome trim was peeling, etc. They knew all of this ahead of time and still managed to lie to us and make us drive that far and waste our time. The management at this place was a joke!! they then proceeded to try and sell us a car that was listed $8,000 over what we were originally going to spend. Overall, this was my worst car buying experience ever!! Needless to say, we left without a vehicle and wasted a lot of time and money dealing with Covert Ford.

      TLDR: Don't ever bring your vehicle here for service. 5 weeks later, with no loaner or rental, my 2 year old vehicle had 1 out of 3 repairs completed...... And I still have no receipt or paperwork that shows me what they did.... This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my adult life. It was so bad, it's almost laughable.I dropped my vehicle off on August 16th to have 3 repairs completed under warranty. I picked it up today, September 21st. They had my vehicle for over 5 weeks, supposedly waiting on parts with no ETA, without offering a loaner or rental vehicle. I have 4 kids, all in extracurriculars, so this was a nightmare, but we somehow made it work. I was told it would finally be ready last Friday, the 16th. I showed up to pick up my vehicle and it was not ready as promised. I was then directed to *****************************, the service manager. ***** apologized for the delay, but assured me that Covert would pay for a rental vehicle for the duration of the time my vehicle was with them. He stated that I needed to call around to various Enterprise Rental Car locations and make sure someone had a vehicle in stock as many locations were low on rental vehicles and once I did this, Enterprise could call him for an "RO number" and Covert would pay for it. I did this the following morning, the 17th. When I finally located a vehicle, the person at Enterprise stated that he in fact could not call ***** for this number, rather, ***** should have just put a reservation in the system. (Why did he not do this to begin with?) I called ***** who said he would put my reservation in and I was good to go. I called Enterprise back to ensure I did in fact have a reservation and the gentleman I spoke with stated he could now see my name in their system and Covert would be covering $30/day. He stated the least expensive vehicle they had was a ****** Sentra and it would be $75/day BEFORE fees and taxes. I told him never mind and borrowed a car from a family member

      I purchased a 2022 Maverick from this dealership on 8/5/22. The salesman (******) was very professional and courteous. However, that's where the goodness ends. I never got or saw the window sticker to see the actual price of the vehicle. I trusted too much. After the purchase, I wanted to get the window sticker to see the options I have on the vehicle. I searched and searched and finally found it. My heart dropped! I found out this dealership charged me $10,000+ above MSRP. That is close to a 33% mark up. Being retired military, disabled veteran and close to 60 years old on a fixed budget I was angry, sad, and couldn't believe I was ripped off so greatly!! I do understand that new vehicles with the chip problems are hard to come by and know that most customers are paying MSRP and some above MSRP. But almost 33% is a rip off. Following this research, I noticed the highest demand Wrangler is going for 27% above MSRP. Furthermore, the finance person was trying to help me get an extended warranty at dealer cost, which seemed like a good deal. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the extra $3000 dollars and declined. I did contact  Ford Motor Company Headquarters to voice my concerns. This situation is partly my fault, I should have done the research before purchasing. However, I have never ever been ripped off to this degree. I can't imagine any American being taken so bad!! I still trust people, however, I'm more skeptical when it comes to purchases this large! To all my fellow veterans and good hardworking Americans, please learn from my experience. I would also advise to purchase Ford or Lincoln vehicles from a reputable dealership, not this one.
