    I bought a used 2021 Jeep Gladiator from ******************* at Covert CDJR on 12/26/2023. I drove 3hrs from the ******* area to test drive and purchase the vehicle. After driving it all the say home, it rained a couple days later and I discovered the windshield wipers were peeling apart. I contacted ****** via email and he assured me they would send me a set of wipers. Two weeks and more emails and I still had nothing. At this point I discovered none of the fluids (coolant, power steering, etc) were topped off, almost empty.I called the dealership on 1/13 and spoke to ***** regarding the blatant disregard for basic vehicle safety. He told me it looks like they never did the 'intake inspection' when the vehicle was brought in. He said he would speak to his manager and call me back. I have no voice mails, no emails, and no text messages since that phone call.They need to let me to to a local dealership to have the intake inspection done, fix any issues, and bill Covert for the service. I doubt anything will happen though.LADIES - if you are working with this dealership, take a male friend who's a 'car guy'. Covert does NOT care about your safety and they will take advantage of your lack of car knowledge.

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with covert jeep, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot on their lot, I was met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of customer service.First and foremost, the salesperson assigned to me seemed disinterested and unwilling to answer my questions. Instead of providing helpful information about the vehicles I was interested in, they appeared more focused on pressuring me into making a purchase. It was clear that their main objective was to make a sale rather than ensure customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the quality of the vehicles on offer was abysmal. I noticed several obvious signs of neglect and poor maintenance, ranging from scratches and dents to questionable engine sounds. It felt as if the cars were hastily prepared for sale without proper attention to detail or care.When I finally found a vehicle that seemed somewhat acceptable, the negotiation process was yet another disappointment. The dealer was incredibly inflexible and showed no willingness to work with me on the price. It felt like they were more interested in maximizing their profit margin than providing a fair deal to their customers.To add insult to injury, the after-sales service was non-existent. I encountered multiple issues with the car shortly after purchasing it, and despite numerous attempts to contact the dealer for assistance, my calls and messages went unanswered. It was apparent that once they had my money, they had no interest in addressing any problems that arose.Overall, my experience with this dealer was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, poor vehicle quality, inflexible negotiation, and non-existent after-sales support make it clear that they prioritize their own profits over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car to steer clear of this dealer and seek a more reputable and customer-focused establishment.

    THIS IS A BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH COVERT!THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST GROUP OF CAR SALES TEAM (pre owned) DEPARTMENT.****** WAS THE FIRST SALESMEN TO HELP ME OUT. AFTER ABOUT 20MIN HE TAGGED REEGIS- MANAGER IN TO FACILITATE. RIGHT OFF THE *** HE CAME IN VERY COCKY AND TRIED TO BULLY A NONE NEGOTIABLE PRICE. YOU WILL NOT SIT HERE AND TELL ME HOW TO SELL MY VEHICLES, I AM SELLING VEHICLES ON MY TERMS, NOT YOUR TERMSI TOLD REEGIS, OK THATS FINE ID LIKE TO HAVE A WORD WITH HIS MANAGER. AS WE HEADED TOWARDS THE MANAGERS OFFICE A BALD HEAVY SET HISPANIC *** LOOKED AT REEGIS AND STATED DID YOU TELL HIM HE COULD F*** OFF.THIS SALES MANAGERS NAME IS *******************************. HE CLAIMED TO BE ON HIS PHONE, I DO HAVE VIDEO OF THE INCIDENT.******** THINKS HE CAN SIT THERE AND TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN A DEROGATORY WAY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT COVERT. FIND GENUINE SALES PEOPLE , THERE ARE STILL SOME IN THE WORLD.FEB-10-2023

    I have attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership however I feel as though Ive been put off. I found this dealership through US Bank where I was pre approved for a car loan. My sales person has not been up front with me and will not allow me to put a down payment on the vehicle Ive chosen. I have attempted to speak with a manager however no one will return my call. *** spent three days making this deal and Im very disappointed.
