      The reverse division of Open Mortgage is incredible, I have worked for them for 6 , close to 7 years. I have had to take time off due to health reasons during my employment with them . They are kind and considerate. Th reverse side is amazing. I have worked at other companies and Open is the best in Reverse Mortgages!

      Not good. I did everything correctly, per company guidelines and was laid off. I was the most productive in my department, but yet was still laid off. The current manager, ****** has her favorites and that is evident.

      Horrible. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Lies. Misinform. Ask for papers over and over to raise points weekly. Gave me a pre approval letter with condition to have a full time job in the state I was buying. I submitted the offer letter with paystub They couldnt figure out the deferential with salary. Mind you I am a Registered Nurse and make the money. They asked me for a co-signer Gave them someone with a credit score of 800 and they turned him down for a recent late payment which was disputed with credit bureau. Got another co-signer and they couldnt read the bank statements and taxes filed because they were in Spanish To make the story short after 2 month I withdrew my application and went with another bank who gave me a lower interest rate gave me an incentive to close and was able to get the loan without a co-signer Working with ****************************** was a nightmare
