I ordered a mirror 58 inches by 30 inches at the website, Mirrorlot. I received a confirmation but for a mirror 50 in by 30 inches. After multiple attempts to reach them before they shipped the mirror, I received the following email "Good afternoon. Thank you for your purchase with Mirrorlot. I called and left a message in your voicemail. We cannot extend the size of the framed mirror to 58". As you have plug in our website, you have ordered 50x30 framed mirror. We have finished your order yesterday. ***** truck has picked up our shipment (your order including) this morning".The next morning I called by phone and spoke to a woman who was less than professional. She was unwilling to change the order to what I wanted. I asked that the order be cancelled, and my money returned. She agreed to do so. I have a Fed X conformation that they received back their mirror that very day, August 5th. It had never left *******, where it was to be shipped from. However, they have refused to return my money. They are not returning my calls nor email. I have since checked with my state's BBB and has found out that this is a pattern of behavior by Mirrorlot, and that they have an "F" rating with the BBB. So, I am not sure what to expect but I will like to get my money, $ 414, back. I have not received any goods from them, so they have no right to keep my money.
