I ordered scrubs from this company online on Sunday July 20 2025. I paid $92.94 for the items and an extra $14.99 for express shipping, which I believe was advertised as shipping within 1-3 business days. I received an email confirming that my order had been placed. My credit card was charged. I was told that I would receive a follow-up email once the order had shipped. However, I have not received any info from the company regarding shipment of the order. The order also has not been delivered. I attempted to call and email the company's customer service to inquire about the order status. The email bounced back. The phone number was for a debt collection agency which was not familiar with this company. I am worried that this is a scam. I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund.Initial Complaint

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Healthcare Supply Pros / Medical Supply Pros. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and despite multiple attempts to correct this with their team, they continued pushing delivery to the incorrect location. Even worse, they have refused to reship the order to the correct address or issue a ********* a caregiver, timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies is not just important, its critical. The lack of accountability and empathy shown by this company is appalling. Their unethical practices not only waste time and money, but also jeopardize the well-being of those who depend on this equipment.This kind of behavior is unacceptable. This business should be shut down and held accountable for their actions. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere, do not trust this company with your health or your loved ones.Initial Complaint

I purshased a Coagucek xs from Healthcare Supply Pros on 9/21/24.this is a machine that checks a medication level in my blood and I use it ********** Feb of 25 the machine would not work and I contacted the company via email because none of their phone numbers let you talk to anyone. I was informed that they received my email and they asked what was the problem when informed they apologized and reported they would be in contact after weeks of waiting I contacted them again x's2 they finally responded they would refund my money and would send me a return label and they asked how I would like my refund after a month of waiting I then emailed them again with no response. I attempted to contact the company that makes the product and they informed me that they would not be able to help me where I did not have a script for the product. Medical Supply Pros AKA Healthcare Supply Pros 1-29-25 AVOID THIS SCAM; Do NOT order from Healthcare Supply Pros or Healthcare Supply Pros. I wish I read the reviews of this "company" before making a purchase. This scam operation does not provide a working phone number(s).Their customer service department does not exist, and they do not reply to emails, CS form page requests or message on chat! After sending the wrong product and no reply to my queries, I've found from other customers reviews that further effort is wasted in regards to replacement and or refund. On 8/29/2024 I purchased a CoaguChek XS PT/INR Meter: Starter Kit, 1 Each (Item number: ***********) for the price of $1,099.99 from Healthcare Supply Pros. The shipping type was standard shipping 4-5 business days. I received an order confirmation email but it contained no tracking information and there is no way to follow up on your order through a created account. Within a few days I received no shipping information, I called the business to inquire on the products arrival. The support options all lead to a voicemail and the sales phone number says it is no longer in business. I have left multiple messages (at least 3 over the course of a week) with no return call, no follow up email, and as of 9/16/2024 I still do not have the product purchased. The money has come out of my bank account. At this point I would like a complete refund of my money, as now I do not trust that the product would be accurate or if there was a problem I would not be able to get back in touch with Healthcare Supply Pros.Business Response

I ordered an at-home kit on May 15, 2024 that totaled $1099.95 needed for serious heart issue. I then tried to order refill test strips on June 10, 2024. There was supposed to be a promotion but there was no place to enter the code. I tried to call, email and chat online which were all not available.I reached out by theses means multiple times including by phone, email and online chat to get the information needed to submit a claim to my health insurance for reimbursement. All to be notified that they were not in service so I put a stop payment through my visa.I continued to contact them as I needed an itemized bill and information to submit to my medical insurance for reimbursement of the $1,099.95. I called and tried to chat online again on August 7, 2024. Not available.I need this information for this expensive medical necessity with the at-home kit.Please help me investigate and get this information. However, your order was cancelled and fully refunded for the strips, order #*******, due to a chargeback that you initiated on June 14th. Since you were refunded for your order, you will not receive the items ordered since your order has been fully cancelled and refunded at this time. It also looks like the discount was applied to your order before the chargeback was initiated.
We can not issue a diagnosis code or procedure code, as you need to consult with your primary health physician for that information. In order for us to provide you with the Tax ID for your order, we will need to issue an invoice for your order. Please feel free to email us or start a chat to initiate an invoice for any previous order or new orders. Proof of the chargeback, order invoice, refund, discount, and customer communications have been provided in the screenshots above in this case.

On July 2, 2024 i ordered a compact (small size), white byACRE ultralight rollator from Medical Supply Pros of ******, **. Order number is *******. The order as stated here was confirmed by the company for the amount of $589.99. On July, 10, 2024, a black, regular size byACRE rollator was delivered. This is not the item ordered. Trying to contact the company by phone is not possible as the number listed is not in service. I have sent 3 email messages with one being completely rejected by their system. One was through Chat on their website, and one was a reply to an order confirmation from the company. My message has been that I want a prepaid mail authorization to return the wrong product and to know if my item is available for immediate delivery. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge until this is resolved.Quite by accident as I explored this dilemma, I have discovered that Medical Supply Pros may be the same company as Healthcare Supply Pros which is already on your radar as a less than reputable business. I am rejecting this response because:I am NOT rejecting the response, so far. I have received prepaid mailers and the package has been returned to the company. I have a statement that the correct item will be shipped. Until I receive the rollator ordered, I am not ready to completely close the dispute. I want to thank you for your efforts as I had almost immediate satisfactory response from the company after 24 hours of trying various methods to reach the company. As soon as the item ordered is received, I will contact you. I expect the order to be received within the next week
At that point my issues with this company will be satisfactorily resolved. Without your help and intervention, I am not sure if this would have ever been attended to by the company.

On June 22, 2024 at 12:36am I purchased a $650 medical ****** through the website medicalsupplypros.com (which I now understand is one of "Healthcare supply pros" multiple corporate owned locations). Shortly after I purchased, I realized the shipping address was wrong. I immediately sent an email to the address provided: ********************************* The email bounced back with the message "Delivery Incomplete. The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect." After receiving this message, I became suspicious about the legitimacy of the company, and decided to cancel my order. On June 24, 2024 I called the number provided on the website: ************ and received a message saying the number was not in service. I thereafter tried to contact the company via the "chat support" service on the website. The service is a ruse. There was no response after waiting a half an hour. I looked up the address listed on the website (**********************************************************) and there is no such business at the address. This is a clearly a scam company. I have initiated a dispute and requested an investigation with my credit card company, ***************** The government should also investigate this business which has had 63 BBB complaints in the last three years and is not accredited by the BBB.
