Terrible business model. This company refuses to take any responsibility for delayed shipment. They initially tried to blame Amazon, but upon further investigation my package was sitting in a warehouse several hours away. I used the online option to schedule a delivery and no movement occured. When I called back they told me that they had tried to deliver but no one answered the phone after three attempts (this was inherently false). The next lady that I spoke with explained that her company has some issues when scheduling to limited service areas (rural not limited in lack of cell service). She said that our package was never scheduled to be delivered. I explained that the **** website said to expect a call and the scheduling of the delivery was successful. The problem with this company seems to be a lack of accountability by anyone. Not once did we receive any notification by phone, email, or text that things had been held up. Part of the appeal to subscribing to Amazon Prime is the speedy delivery. They should strike this company as an option to deliver large packages. I could not recommend this company LESS. Awful.
