    Predatory loans. Loan sharks. Just look at the company replies to customer statements. Absolutely unprofessional on your part. The Chola that answers the phone in ************ is an absolute nightmare, like she owns the company. I dropped my car back off at the dealership when they refused to let me make payment a month late.

    These people are a nightmare ?? they picked up my car after being late 11 days , I had already spoken to someone saying I was going to give 2 payments on my next payday , they still picked up my car closed my account now they dont want to give me my car back or let me make my car payment !!!!!!! Please dont ever finance with these monsters!!!!!!

    **************, this is a very unprofessional and misleading review on your part since you very well know we have no ***** periods on the contract and you must make your payments on time.Also, you need to stop lying about not having your car back since you are already driving your car again, and your account is in Active Status.


    It is very unwise on your part to make such false and defamatory statements that can carry legal consequences. Wed invite you to re-think this unfortunate financial relationship that you voluntarily entered and if the terms of the contract you signed are not of your liking anymore, we are more than welcome to provide you with a hard copy of your contract in case you want to go to a different financial institution and get this loan re-financed with a bank of your preference.

    This company is full of bs. They tell you one thing and then the contract says another but they dont go by neither one. They constantly lie about everything. Theyve even had my number blocked before and have hung up before MULTIPLE TIMES. I recently re financed my truck thru my bank and now they owe me a check since my bank over payed and they refuse to void the check although its been over 2 weeks and Im now being told to wait another 2 weeks then they can request the void but not a for sure thingIf you get a a vehicle from them refinance with someone else asap. Even when I had proof of text messages from them they still would blame me for their mistakes and they never take accountability and when asking for someone higher the answer is always theyre on lunch or there is no one higher up depending who you speak to you will receive different answers. Then when you point out their mistakes they get a** hurt and they will tell you to email their customer service email when it literally goes back to them Ive been waiting for over a year and still no response to my very nice worded email. When I call to tell them I have not received a response they said to re send it and I did now its been 5/6 months and again still no response.

    We are really sorry that **************** is feeling mistreated and that he has had such a bad experience with our company. Unfortunately,  the information provided here is grossly inaccurate, and its missing several crucial details that will demonstrate that we were following standard company protocol and not lying to her or any of our customers. To thoroughly address her concerns:


    1. Our company does not stand for verbally mistreating our employees. So **************** constantly calling and verbally abusing our agents is not acceptable. Neither doing the same in writing, as clearly seen in this complaint.

    2. We dont lie to our customers, but we do have to follow the internal company policies as any other company. Unfortunately, **************** disagreeing with the company rules is beyond our control.

    3. We dont block our customers numbers. Proof of that is that **************** has been calling our office non-stop to harass our employees and demand different answers to the same question. Just yesterday, March 4, 2024 **************** called from her number 4 different times, and talked to several agents about the same issue. And because she did not receive a different answer (or an answer that would please her), she kept calling and yelling at the agents.

    4. We are not refusing to give **************** her rightful balance, but as we have explained to her on several occasions, we are not ***** nor we have control over their delivery times or what happens with the mail after it gets picked up. The check was sent to the address she provided and we are just asking her to wait to receive it since the issue now lies with **** and not us.

    5. We are more than thrilled that **************** was able to refinance her vehicle with a different bank. And we hope they do fulfill her financial expectations.

    6. We dont blame our customers for our mistakes, yet we cant take accountability for the delivery times from a completely different company. We are an Auto Loan institution and cant control how long the US ************* takes to deliver the mail.
    We have never denied ****************** right to talk to a manager. Actually, yesterday, March 4th, in one of her multiple calls to our office, she talked to a manager at 12:27 pm.

    7. We dont provide different answers. That is actually the reason **************** is upset and keeps calling our office non-stop. We have given her the same answer every time she calls by different agents.

    8. We would strongly disagree with **************** stating that she sends very nice worded emails since this complaint is proof of the language she usually uses in emails and over the phone. Using words such as bs, a** hurt liars only reflects the vulgar and offensive attitude **************** is used to engage in while interacting with agents in our company.

    We do hope that **************** exercises some patience and that she receives her check this week to complete our business relationship fully.

    This company is full of s*** They made so many excuses to not collect my payment, waited to get repo, do a whole other application then I got denied. I get it, its all about making money but being this greedy is not it and I hope they get what they deserve. *** contacted a lawyer and BBB. The manager is worse then the employees, they wouldnt let me speak, cant even understand their English, but **** if youre going to be working where you have to speak make sure to speak clear and right.

    This company needs to work on there policies across the board. This is the second car I have had to finance through this company and all payments have been on time except this last payment because I started a new job. This company wont change the payment date but still expects me to make a payment on week I dont get paid. Both customer ******************** representatives were rude and not very understanding of the situation. They just kept repeating a scripted statement and then told me to park the car at the dealership until I could pay. Talk about no understanding at all. If I dont have a car I dont work if I dont work I cant pay my bills and this company will repo your car no questions ask. Customer loyalty mean absolutely nothing to them. This is the last car I ever get from these people. But if my name was ******** or ****** I bet I get all the assistance in the world. This company needs to be investigated

    I've purchased a vehicle back in 2021. I spoke to a few customer service representative who really helped me. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but the one representative I do remember is ****** and she's not so friendly. I've made my payments on time every time and she made my call to **** so uncomfortable. I've never had anyone become so passive aggressive the way she was over the phone. Being a single mother that I am I tried to explain my situation. Again I made a payment but made the mistake of not calling ahead to prevent my automatic payment which led to a insufficient fee. One Manager ****** was amazing, second manager ***** started off rough but had cleared the air. Their **************** really needs work. Especially if they want returning customers.

    They really don't care about their customers. I have bought several vehicles from places of buy her pay here and this has been the worst experience that I have ever had especially now that I am about to pay off my vehicle. When I started my loan they were all nice and everything and would work with you but the closer you get to paying off your vehicle they treat you as if you are going to run away without paying. I have bought more than one car from these people and I never have been treated with such disrespect as if I am going to run away from my debt. If I wanted to run away from my obligation I would not try to keep in communication with them and inform them as to why I need a day or two. It seems that I am not the only one with this problem and it is obvious that as soon as you balance is low that they try to make it impossible to pay off the loan.

    We are really sorry that **************** feels that we are being disrespectful towards her and that we dont want her to pay off her loan. To clarify this situation, we feel compelled to explain to **************** that first, Zeus Financial doesnt sell cars, so its impossible to say that she has bought several cars from **. We are a finance company, we only approve the loans for people that buy vehicles through a 3rd party, or dealership.


    Also,**************** has forgotten how exceptionally understanding and helpful we have been with her throughout the loan. Out of the 70 payments she has made so far,she has been late 39 times. This means she has been making payments late more times than making them on time. And still, we keep working with her, but she cant continue making payments two weeks behind, or skipping payments. The Sales Contract that she voluntarily signed states that Zeus Financial does not have ***** periods, yet she remains in default constantly.


    We can assure her that is thanks to our paying customers, that we are a thriving company, and this allows us to help others with bad credit to get a vehicle and build or fix their credit. So, of course, we want any and all of our customers to pay off their loans.


    We are truly saddened to hear that after all the things we have done to help **************** we have not been able to meet her financial expectations. We are more than welcome to provide her with a hard copy of her contract in case she wants to go to a different bank institution and get this loan refinanced with a financial institution of her preference.
