    This is a very bad credit card company. This credit card company is willing to charge a $25 late fee if you are $1.17 missing from your minimum payment. The minimum payments change every month. Now they got the audacity to charge customers $2 for a statement. I don't know why they feel that this will keep customers but it's not going to keep me. I know what I owe this company and I'll be glad when I'm done paying what I owe so I can cancel the credit card. I don't like how this company does business. I already had too many issues with customer service. I had a customer service lady start cussing at me, started yelling at me and I hung the phone up on her face. Then when I called customer service and complained about the problem and tell him that I would pay whatever they needed me to pay. I still paid that and they still complaining about $1.17. they made such an issue about me paying $1.17 that they was willing to charge me $25 more on my account and ruin my **********************. I've never missed a payment with them. Never been late with a payment and they're treating me as if I'm doing those things. I regret that even took a chance on this company. I would rather pay off my full balance of what I owe and not deal with them anymore. It's a terrible company

    Extremely disappointed in this company. I started with a $3,500.00 credit limit and I have never missed a payment or paid late and I always paid the full balance. I had an identity theft which was reported to the police and credit bureaus as it dropped my score by 28 points. I received my monthly statement via email which showed my credit limit at $3,500 and the next day they dropped my limit to $1,050 without notifying me because of my credit score dropping (still a good score even with the drop). The only reason I noticed the limit decrease was because I went into the app to make a payment. It is obvious they don't look at the persons history with them, nor do they value your relationship as a good paying customer of theirs. I explained what happened and they still did nothing after being with them for 2 years. All my other credit card companies understood and didn't penalize me for the acts of a criminal stealing my identity. I definitely would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! I never would have thought I would be penalized for paying my balance in full and on time every month for 2 years! Won't be using their $1050.00 limit, as all my business will now go to my other credit companies.

    my beef is rhat i shut the card down and i make my payments every month but they do an autopay deduct for an extra 90$ and even though im overdrawn they still take it ****** why am i makin my payments and have autopay still set up even though they terminated my autopay fishy to me i got this card thru credit karma never again will i trust credit karma they hook u into theses cards and the cards do a number on ur credit score im a bit ****** off they still have me on auto pay but the girl i spoke to at mwrcury said it was turned off bs on that beware!!!!

    Predatory business practices - AVOID!My card expired in February of this year and they never sent me a new one. Despite having no new charges and making more than my minimum payments on-time every month, my balance has been going up. As of last month they wanted a minimum payment of 10% of my credit limit, an increase of over $100 and over double what my minimum was the month before. Of course all of that "extra" would be eaten up by hidden fees and interest on those fees.

    I called customer service as a charge was rejected. I was informed that there was a hold on my account due to me paying off my account each month. The rep stated something to the affect that they wanted to verify where the money was coming from and that they will escalate the issue to have the hold removed. Waited *************************************************************** place. This rep confirmed and again escalated my request. This rep also confirmed that the hold was for paying my balance off each month. I asked if this would happen every month I pay in full. She confirmed that they will continue to place holds unless I carry a balance. I'm absolutely livid and shocked. I would never put it past a credit card company to attempt to get me to carry a balance and charge me interest, but never thought they would be so bold to not let me use my card unless they get that sweet ****% APR interest payment. I'll be transferring my balance and letting this card go dormant. The credit hit will be worth never doing business with Mercury again,
